The purpose is to use 1904 McGee Rd as a personal care home. The property wiU be owned and

managed by owner for up to six people who are unable to live by themselve~

At this time, my husband, daughter and myself lives in the house. We will move out t o accommodate

the resident and I will manage the household.

with adequate spaoe and greenery. The house has total of 4 bedrooms, three futt bathroom and a fuU

basement with additional space. This house has an open concept living space with adequate space for the residents to safely move around.
