Directions From Plymouth take the A379 Kingsbridge Road. Four miles after the village of Yealmpton turn right
into the Flete Estate at Sequers Bridge Lodge (opposite the second turning left for Ermington,
A3121). Follow the private road into the Flete Estate following signs for Flete Gardens and bearing
right to the rear of Flete House, passing the stables to the rear of Flete House on the left continue up
the private Estate road until the Old Engine House is found on the right hand side.
