ETP waste (sludee):our unit is pesticide industry and consists of high toxic effluent. Thus,we are rising primary treatment pH till 10.5 instead of 8.5 which increase lime consumptionand increase in sludge quantity.salt from evaporation svstem: we have incorporated cEpl Action plan at our unit. we aresegregating high TDS Effluent which goes to ETP plant. For high TDS effluent we haveprovided single stage evaporation system for Monocrotophos and other process andgenerated salt sending to BEIL for Landfilling.
Due to increase in quantity of formulationproducts, there'will be increase in Process Residue from pesticide plant (organic)
quantity of Di-calcium phosphate srudge due to conversionWe are increasing generationof ammonium chloride LOO%
internally.
3.
It is converted into valuable By-product like Di-calcium phosphate sludge.100% conversion is due to cEPl action plan implementation in Ankleshwar. Before actionplan about 50% of Ammonium chloride is sold to end-users as permitted in cc&A.
