Log into Business Online Banking

Once logged into the account, from the top toolbar click on Payments & Transfers, then click on the tab which says Wire

When Wire Manager opens, you will see a variety of options on the left side of the screen, the following pages will detail how to use these options.

I. Sending a One-Time Domestic Wire (With added steps for Dual Control)

From the Wire Manager screen select New Wire Transfer from the options on the left side of the screen. Then select Domestic from the drop down on the right and click Submit.

Once Submit is clicked the wire information screen will generate. Enter in the Transfer Description (Name of wire, typically the recipient of the wire), date you wish the wire to go, amount, From account- select the account you wish to send funds from in the drop down on the right. In the Beneficiary section enter the recipients account number in the Identification Number field, their name and address. If you have a message or reference to send with the wire, enter this in the Message to Beneficiary on the right. In the Beneficiary Institution enter the routing number (This will be a nine digit number) for the recipient’s bank, then press tab. Once entered the bank name will generate under the routing number, as well as to the right and down below in the Receiving Institution section.

*NOTE: You may also search a routing number if not available by clicking the binoculars to the right of the Identification Number field and entering the recipient bank name. This will list the routing numbers of the receiving institution. Click on the hyperlink and the information will be entered.

Once all information is entered click process.

Once process is clicked the system will generate a Security Challenge screen. Enter the 8 digits from your token device and click Complete Challenge.

For CLIENTS WITH DUAL CONTROLS - When the Initiator clicks Complete Challenge, they will receive a Warning message indicating the Wire is pending client review. Additionally an email notice will generate from [email protected] saying a wire has been submitted and is pending Client Review.

Once this email is received the approver can now log in, review and approve or reject the wire. To review the wire, scroll down on the home screen to Review and you will see the wire displayed. Click the name under the Description field and the wire details will display for review. Once reviewed, click on Approve or Disapprove. Once approved or disapproved a confirmation of the decision will generate on screen.

II. Sending a One-Time International Wire

From the Wire Manager screen select New Wire Transfer from the options on the left side of the screen. Then select International from the drop down on the right and click Submit.

Once Submit is clicked the International wire information screen will generate. Enter in the Transfer Description (Name of wire, typically the recipient of the wire), date you wish the wire to go, amount, From account- select the account you wish to send funds from in the drop down on the right. In the Beneficiary section enter the recipients account number in the Identification Number field, their name, address and select country from the drop down. In the Message to Beneficiary section, enter in the Purpose of the wire (i.e. Purchase of Goods, Donation, Payroll, etc.) this is REQUIRED on all International wires. If the wire needs to go in a specific currency other than US Dollars, please include this in the Beneficiary Reference section. In the Beneficiary Institution enter the SWIFT Code of the recipient’s bank, Bank name and address and select the country from the drop down. If the recipient provided any intermediary bank information, select Routing number from the drop down and enter the US Correspondent bank information provided. Once the Correspondent bank information is entered or if no correspondent bank information is given, click Process.

III. Creating a Wire Template a. Domestic Wire Template

From the Wire Manager Screen, click on Wire Transfer Templates on the left and click submit to pull up the Template List Screen. Click the paper icon with the green plus sign on the right of the Template List Header to Create a New Template Once clicked, the New Template Wire Type screen will generate. Click the drop down to select the wire type of Domestic then click Submit.

The template form will then appear. On the template enter in the Template Name, Select the account in the From Account drop down. On the first template click the paper icon to the right of the Template Group and enter in your company name.

In the User Access field check off the users who should have access to the template, Enter the recipients Account number in the Identification Number, Recipients Name and address. In the Beneficiary Institution enter the recipients Bank Routing Number. Once entered click Tab and the information will populate in the Beneficiary Institution and Receiving Institution and then click Save. Your template is now available for use in the Template List.

b. International Wire Template From the Wire Manager Screen, click on Wire Transfer Templates on the left and click submit to pull up the Template List Screen. Click the paper icon with the green plus sign on the right of the Template List Header to Create a New Template

Once clicked, the New Template Wire Type screen will generate. Click the drop down to select the wire type - International then click Submit. The template form will then appear. On the template enter in the Template Name, Select the account in the From Account drop down. On the first template created click the paper icon to the right of the Template Group and enter in your company name and click Submit.

IV. Sending a Domestic Wire Template

a. Domestic Wire Template

From the Wire Manager Screen, click on Wire Transfer Template on the left and click submit to pull up the Template List Screen.

When the template list displays, click on New Transfer to the right of the Template Name.

When the template opens, enter the date you want the wire to go out and the amount of the wire. If you have any reference to beneficiary information enter this in the Message to Beneficiary section. Then scroll to the bottom and click Process.

b. Sending an International Wire Template

From the Wire Manager Screen, click on Wire Transfer Template on the left and click submit to pull up the Template List Screen.

When the template list displays, click on New Transfer to the right of the Template Name.

When the template opens, fill in the date you wish the wire to go, the dollar amount and the Purpose of the wire in the message to beneficiary. If the funds need to be sent in currency other than US Dollars indicate in the Beneficiary Reference. Once entered scroll to the bottom and click Process.

Once Process is clicked the system will generate a Security Challenge screen. Enter the 8 digits from your token device and click Complete Challenge.

V. Create a Recurring Wire

Wire Manager allows users to create a wire which can be sent out on a recurring basis from daily, weekly, biweekly, end of month, monthly, bi monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually. To set up a recurring wire follow the steps found on pages 3-6 for a Domestic Wire, or 9-11 for an International Wire and add a recurring option by clicking the Recurring Frequency and selecting your desired frequency rate. Once the frequency is selected, an End Date option will appear. In this field enter the date the transfers will end. Once entered, complete the wire information and process following the same process found on the pages referenced above. Your wire will now go out on a recurring basis without you having to enter each time.

***NOTE: Clients on Dual Control will be notified on the day the recurrence is to go out and MUST approve the recurring file before it is sent. ***
