Antibacterial Layers after being treated are able to kill 99.9% bacteria (Test method: AATCC TM100-2012)

Water ResistantWith coating technology, the water resistant outer layer can prevent liquid droplets from entering in.

Anti-FogThe product blocks moisture from human exhalation to prevent glasses from fogging.

Replacement FilterA set product includes a mask and 5 detachable linings included. The replacement lining can be easily replaced by a new one after use by our smart and simple attachment to the shell.

Adjustable Ear Loops Wearer can adjust the ear loops to fit the ear comfortably so there are no gaps between the face and the mask.

UV ProtectionThe mask blocks ultraviolet light and helps protect the skin from UV damage.

No Ear PainWith soft elastic ear loops, consumers can wear Faceguard 4.2 with comfort and ease.

Comfortable To WearThe inner side of the mask is made of antibacterial cotton polyester fabric which is soft against the skin and creates a balance between filtration and breathability.

Standards of protection are derived from standards that measure five performance characteristics:

1. Water repellency: How well the mask protects against water or other potentially infectious fluids.Measures resistance at one of three-level on the specimen face ( >70 is good).

2. Bacterial Filtration Efficiency (BFE): How well the mask protects against harmful bacteria. Effectiveness is measured using bacteria with a mean particle size of 3.0 μm (microns) ± 0.3 μm.

3. Transmittance or Blocking of Ultraviolet Radiation through fabric: How well the mask protects against UV Radiation. The UVF value >15 is the good UV-protection category.

4. Differential Pressure (Delta P, or ΔP): How breathable is the mask. Measures resistance to air flow— the lower the number, the higher the air flow and, therefore, breathability.

5. Flame Resistance: Measures the potential burn rate of the mask. Materials must meet Class 1 requirements indicating no unusual burning characteristics.

Flammability - Test: 16 CFR Part 1610- Flammability.

Differential Pressure - Test: EN 14683:2019 Annex C- Differential Pressure.

Micron Particulate Filtration - Setup: ASTM F2299- Sub-Micron Particulate Filtration.

Micron Particulate Filtration - Test: ASTM F2299- Sub-Micron Particulate Filtration.

Blood Penetration - Test - ASTM F1862/F1862M-17 Standard Test Method for Resistance of Medical Face Masks to Penetration by Synthetic Blood (Horizontal Projection of Fixed Volume at a Known Velocity).
