STAIR LIFT WITH SEATHOME LIFT SERVICE LIFTHome lift is the personal lift designed to

meet the requirements of vertical mobil-

ity in public and private buildings. Is the

ideal solution for elderly and disabled

people, allowing them to move indepen-

dently and free from the stairs. It takes up

little space and requires minimal mainte-

nance and can be connected to a dedicated

230 volt electrical outlet and the installa-

tion requires limited builders work. Home

lift can be installed outside the building

without any builders work. Home lift is a

modern product, conceived and manufac-

tured in order to meet every requirement.

The footrest is folding with non–slipping

aluminum platform in order to reduce

the dimensions of the closed machine.

Standard supply includes a manual remote

control for the calling/sending of the closed

machine. The power supply batteries are

onboard and guarantee the operation also in

case of power failure. Safety is guaranteed

by shockproof devicespreventing from the

risk of crashing and shearing. Lever con-

trols on the arm are protected by a safety

key. The standard seat, back and arms are

stuffed and covered with smart black fab-

ric. The seat can recline and swivel at 90 in

order to ease the access to landings, the 2

arms are reclining and there is a safety belt.

Ochen Controller can control electric or hydraulic lift up to 16 stops. Different systems of calls can be selected: collective-selective, simple or APB. Shaft information system can be selected by parameters. Also many additional functions are available like, park drive, re-leveling, locking, error history etc. all programming is made with special programing service tool.Supply voltage 12 VAC and 24 VAC Battery for emergency light Up to 16 (30 with extension ) call buttons with call confirmation Up to 21 inputs for signals from the system.Outputs from 16 built relays for system, position and direction output.Output 24V DC for buttons.
