On this day at approximately 0924 hrs, complainant Sue Simon called in and stated she had found her wallet with all contents. I spoke with the subject via phone who stated her daughter had moved her wallet. 4510 Rossville Blvd 19-095423 9/22/2019 12:50:00AM 91Z Field Interview On 09/22/2019 at 01:00 hours, Officer Hughes, Lance (80776) reported a memo at 4510 Rossville Blvd. Officers responded to the above address over a party with a gun. The complainant stated that they observed a gun in the pocket of a black male wearing a yellow hat. They also stated that they were with another black male wearing a red shirt. Officers located these parties on Workman Rd. but did not locate a firearm on either party. On 09/22/2019 at 01:00 hours, Officer Hughes, Lance (80776) reported a memo at 4510 Rossville Blvd. Officers responded to the above address over a party with a gun. The complainant stated that they observed a gun in the pocket of a black male wearing a yellow hat. They also stated that they were with another black male wearing a red shirt. Officers located these parties on Workman Rd. but did not locate a firearm on either party. Nothing further to report.

On 09/22/2019 at 00:41 hours, Officer R.petty (75408) reported a memo at 1 E 11th St. Upon arrival we met with Mr. Eric Fossis, Mr. Thomas Peat, Mr Anthony Green, Mr Kevin Brown, And Ms. Natasha Butler. Who were all patted down because we were called out for a disorder with a possible weapon. No weapon or suspicious things were found on persons or in the surrounding area. All parties information was ran and no outstanding warrants were found.

311 Broad St19-095441 9/22/2019 1:26:00AM 240 MVT/Passenger Vehicle

On 09/24/2019 at 10:05 hours I, Officer King (78347), wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 311 Broad St. At approximately 0945 hours I was dispatched to a single car crash at 317 Hillcrest Ave. THe complainant called in and stated that the vehicle and crashed into the ditch and 4 black males exited the vehicle on foot and ran. Dispatch attempted to notify the owner by phone several times but was unable to get in touch with the owner. The vehicle was taken out of NCIC by dispatchers working Info channel and then it was towed to NC Towing. There was a phone cell phone recovered in the vehicle which was taken to property and made releasable to Investigator Hayes. A crash report/property damage report will be done in relation to thisincident under complaint number 19-096171. No further.

3956 Brainerd Rd19-095455 9/22/2019 2:46:00AM 91Z Field Interview

On 09/22/2019 at 02:46 hours, Officer E. Lee #885 conducted a traffic stop at 3956 Brainerd Rd. I noticed a dark gray Chevy Impala without a tag traveling at a high rate of speed heading East on Brainerd Rd. The driver of the vehicle saw me turn around on Brainerd Rd and pulled into the Speedway located at the stated address. Both the driver and the passenger had already exited the vehicle and were moving quickly to enter the Speedway store. I stopped both of the occupants before they could enter the store, and they both looked at each trying to figure out what they were going to do. The driver identified as Mr. Keon Petty and the passenger Mr. Diamante Robinson. Mr. Petty stated that he just bought the vehicle from an individual and didn't have a drive out tag. I asked Mr. Petty if I could search the vehicle and he gave me consent. I asked Mr. Petty if I was going to find anything illegal inside the vehicle, and he said there might be a gram or two of marijuana. After searching the vehicle the only thing illegal found was the small bag of marijuana that Mr. Petty told me about. I disposed of the small bag of marijuana and gave Mr. Petty a verbal warning for driving without a vehicle registration plate. Both occupants stated they work for the chicken factory at this time.

On 09/22/2019 at 10:13 hours, Officer Silveira (66499) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 3900 Blanchard St. The vehicle was located at 1600 block of N. Chamberlain Avenue with front damage/ right side, unoccupied. The vehicle was cleared from the NCIC system as stolen and the owner was contacted by me. The vehicle was towed by White towing 4165 Bonny Oaks Drive.

On 09/22/2019 at 06:10 hours I, Officer Foster (80775) responded to a Suspicious Vehicle at 4714 Oakland Ave. When police arrived they found Joavon Hudson and De'asia Russell asleep in the back seat of a Silver Ford Fusion. The vehicle had a Tn TempTag and the VIN for the vehicle was not coming back in NCIC. The parties were asked to leave because they were parked in a no parking zone. Nothing further to report.

2200 Milne St19-095503 9/22/2019 8:56:00AM 91Z Field Interview

On 09/22/2019 at 08:56 hours, (FTO Clemons #827) and Ofc. Wilcox #1036 noticed a female standing in the middle of the road for several minutes at 2200 Milne St. Upon making contact Aquarnetta Porter stated that she waiting for her ride to pick her up. She gave verbal consent to search her person. Ms. Porter was searched and she stated that she was a user of crack since she was 16 years old. Nothing illegal was found on her. She was run through NCIC and did not have any active warrants. Ms. Porter was givena warning about standing in the middle of the street. No further police action.

1505 Cloverdale Dr19-095517 9/22/2019 10:44:00AM 91Z Field Interview

On 09/22/2019 at 10:47 hours, Officer S green (70784) responded to a call of suspicious activity at 1505 Cloverdale Dr.

Police made contact with the male matching a description of white male wearing a grey shirt and blue hat. The male was identified as Juddson Dunn. Mr. Dunn was questioned as to why he was looking into car windows in the parking lot. After further investigation, police determined that the vehicle he was looking at was his cousins. Police checked Mr. Dunn for warrants which came back negative. Mr. Dunn was told to leave the area due to his suspicious behavior.

Prior to police arrival the unwanted party who is a Christopher Clark was gone. The employees of the business requested that he not return. Police informed the employees to call again if he returns. No further to report at this time.

On 09/22/2019 at 13:07 hours, Officer Sanchez (73514) reported a memo at 4004 Rossville Blvd. Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant, Priscilla Williamson ( who explained that she was in a verbal disorder with her ex-boyfriend, Sammy Durham Priscilla stated that she and Sammy made an arrangement for Sammy to bring Priscilla's clothes to a new address. When Sammy got there, they began a verbal argument. Priscilla became uncomfortable and got her new boyfriend to drive her to the gas station at 4004 Rossville Blvd. When they arrived at the gas station Sammy followed them and continued theverbal argument. At that point Priscilla called police and Sammy left the area. Priscilla stated that the disorder was only verbal. There is nothing further.

On 09/23/2019 at 10:33 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) wrote a continuation/supplement for a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 1414 Gadd Rd. The victim came to the PSC Lobby and said that she needed to add more stolen items. This info was taken in person.

5764 Hwy 15319-095637 9/22/2019 6:10:00PM 23C Shoplifting

On 09/22/2019 at 19:00 hours, Officer Warren (71993) responded to a Shoplifting at 5764 Hwy 153. Upon arrival I made contact with Mr. Mounce, Lose prevention for Walmart, who stated he observed a party attempting to leave the store with merchandise(listed in the property section) without paying for the item. Mr. Mounce stopped the party and recovered the merchandise but the suspect left the area. Mr. Mounce stated the suspect left his vehicle TN registration ( which is registered to Mr. Wilder) I was unable to definitively determine it was Mr. Wilder in the security video to made a positive identification of the suspect. Mr. Mounce stated he would wait for the suspect to attempt another theft before he seeks prosecution.No further police action was taken.

On 09/22/2019 at 18:59 hours, Officer Shelor Nicholas (78349) reported a memo at 7155 Sheperd View Rd. Upon arrival, I spoke with Donna Brostek; she stated that she had someone walk through her yard. She said that she did not see this person but she thinks someone walked through her yard and wrote on her dog. She said there were also other things done to her dog and she wanted to report it. I did not see anything written on the dog and that the dog was not harmed. She also said that she had her debitcard written on and was unsure how it happened. She thinks that someone has been written on her dog and debit card that was inside the house. There was no evidence of the dog being harmed but there were markings on her card. No further.

On 09/22/2019 at 19:37 hours, Officer Cronon reported a memo at 2505 S Orchard Knob Ave. Upon arrival, I was met by Wenchella Holland. Miss. Holland stated she found an extension cable running from her home to her neighbor's house. Miss. Holland stated the house has been empty for months and no one was living in the residence. I observed 4 parties outside in front of the residence, but could not locate anyone living or staying inside. Nothing further to report at this time.

2001 S Lyerly St19-095690 9/22/2019 9:38:00PM 23F Theft from Motor Vehicle

On 09/22/2019 at 21:57 hours, Officer Cronon responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 2001 S Lyerly St. Upon arrival, I was met by Catieleya Hernandez. Miss. Hernandez stated various items had been taken from her vehicle while her boyfriend, who was intoxicated, was sitting in the front, passenger seat. Miss. Hernandez stated her boyfriend, Everarado Esparza, observed three (3) black males and one (1) black female. Miss. Hernandez stated Mr. Esparza stated one (1) of the males distracted him while the other males took the various items from their vehicle, through the open windows. Miss. Hernandez stated she did not witness this because she was inside her apartment. I drove around the surrounding area and did not see any black males nor black females walking around the area. Nothing further to report at this time.

On 09/22/2019 at 22:38 hours, Officer Adam Krystaponis (75508) responded to a Disorder at 2312 Union Ave. Upon arrival, I spoke with Ms Chrishanna Greatheart, who stated that while she was on the porch, a white Chevrolet Impala drove past with several people yelling at her. Ms. Greatheart explained that her younger sister was currently arguing with some other people on Facebook, and she thought it was these people yelling at her. Ms. Greatheart stated she called because they had driven through the area at approximately 1600, and again at 2230. Ms. Greatheart's sister provided several names of people she stated were in the car, but also stated that she was not present for the vehicle driving by. Ms. Greatheart stated she only knew who the people inthe car were because her sister told her, though her sister never observed the vehicle. I asked Ms. Greatheart to call back in if the white Impala drove through again, and we would attempt to locate it. No vehicle matching that description was located. No further.

On 09/22/2019 at 23:20 hours, Officer T. Perocchi (79535) reported an unknown trouble at 7314 Courage Way, apart 102. Police arrived and heard a lot of yelling and commotion from the apartment, and saw someone throwing trash bags full of clothes out the front door. Police identified the person as Quintez Bulloch, who told police his brother had kept some personal belongings there and did not want them here anymore. His brother, Samuel Clemons, was on scene and was very upset he could not find his phone. Bulloch stated he did not want Clemons or this belongings in the apartment anymore and told Clemons to leave. Police were able to find a relative who came and helped Clemons get his personal belongings and he left the scene without incident.

On 09/22/2019 at 11:17 hours, Officer R.petty (75408) reported a memo at 707 Georgia Ave. While assisting other officers on a traffic stop a black Toyota Tacoma( ) drove by with people standing in the bed of the truck and hanging out the passenger window. We then conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and met with Ms. Faith Pinson, the driver and other passengers, Mr. Liam Porterfield, Mr. Benjamin Ballard, Mr. Koy Skinner, Ms. Emily Hemingway, Mr. Ewan Whaley, Mr. Timothy Edwards, And Ms Tejmaria Cherian. We told them that they could be seriously injured or killed and to not do it again. We checked their information for outstanding warrants, and then let them go with a warning for not wearing seat belts and not being fully seated in the bed of the truck.

On 09/23/2019 at 04:30 hours, Sgt Robert Bell #234 (0062177) responded to a report of suspicious activity at 1346 Carriage Parc Dr. An anonymous complainant reported seeing two persons sitting inside a Nissan in front of Building 4. Due to recent car burglaries, they wished for officers to check on the persons. Sgt Bell arrived and made contact with Mr. Revis and Mr. Banks. Mr. Revis stated they were just sitting in the car talking before going inside his apartment. Both parties were reportedly chefs. Mr. Revis stated he works at Buffalo Wild Wings downtown. Neither party appeared suspicious nor was revealed to have any outstanding warrants. No contraband or evidence of illegal substance/activity was observed. Nothing further.

On 09/23/2019 at 07:55 hours, Officer Hamilton (66984) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 4277 Inlet Loop. Upon arrival I spoke with complainant/victim Dustin Walker. Mr. Walker said that he noted his passenger side window was busted out and his wallet was taken from the inside of his vehicle. I observed that the passenger side window was completely shattered. Mr. Walker said that the only items in his wallet were his TN driver's license, his Capital One Visa (number unknown) and his Region's Bank check card (number unknown). Mr. Walker said that the window damage was approx. $1500 to repair. Mr. Walker said that the break in must have happened sometime over night. There is nothing further to report.

On 09/23/2019 at 08:42 hours, Officer Stansberry (61910) reported a memo at 7116 Shepherd View Cir. Officers checked on an abandoned vehicle Tn, in front of mailbox 7118 A, Shepherd View Cir. The vehicle did not come back stolen and according to surrounding neighbors has been parked at this location for over a week. Fords garage was notified and towed the vehicle. There was no available contact number for the registered owner, (Brandon Goldston).

On 09/23/2019 at 09:30 hours, Officer Hamilton (66984) responded to a Other Theft/Non-Specific at 4622 Paw Trl. Upon arrival i spoke with complainant/victim Tom Nguyen. Mr. Nguyen wanted to report that on 8/1/19 someone fraudulently used his SSN and date of birth to make a purchase at the Home Depot on Gunbarrel Rd. Mr. Nguyen stated that a purchase for $912 was made on that date. Mr. Nguyen alleges that he thinks it is his estranged wife, Thanh Hoana . I was not able to verify who made the purchase using his information nor could it be determined when his information was obtained. There is nothing further to report at this time.

On 09/23/2019 at 09:15 hours, Officer Hans Anderson (75367) reported a memo at 701 N Germantown Rd. Upon arrival, poice met with the complainant, Jessica Craig, who stated that Mr. Gregory "Monty" Williams has been squatting in one of the apartments, but now that she locked up the vacant apartments, he sleeps outside on the ground. Ms. Craig, the manager of the apartments, stated she does not want Mr. Williams on the property at all anymore. Police told Mr. Williams that he is not welcome on the property anymore and that if he returns, he may be subject to arrest for criminal trespass. Mr. Williams left the property immediately without incident.No further.

On 09/23/2019 at 09:15 hours, Officer Hamilton (66984) reported a memo at 3917 Webb Rd. Upon arrival I spoke with complainant Valente Pozas. Mr. Pozas wanted to make a report of his neighbor's residence at 3917 Webb Rd that had an unlocked back door. I noted the door was unlocked so I locked it back and secured it. Mr Valente said that his neighbor works out of town and was concerned. There is nothing further to report.

Ms. Foster stated the two were planning a divorce thathad not began the legal process yet. Police explained to Ms. Foster that because the two were legally married this was not considered a theft. On 09/23/2019 at 09:55 hours, Officer Tallant (61913) responded to a possible disorder w/weapon at 2475 5th Avenue Ct. Upon arrival, police made contact with several occupants who were not on the lease. Chattanooga Housing Police responded to the scene to assist. Police trespassed DaShay Putman, Kendall Brown, Carrie Posey, and Jessica Burns. Police were told the person who possibly had a gun had left before our arrival.

On 09/23/2019 at 10:10 hours, Officer Tillery (0042223) responded to a Shoplifting at 1330 E 3rd St. Upon arrival Police was informed by General manager Joseph Harvey that a b/m and w/f came into the store and took the following items listed in the property section of this report into the store's men's bathroom and consume them. 1528 Hickory Valley Rd19-095827 9/23/2019 4:42:00AM 23H Theft of Other Trailer

On 09/23/2019 at 11:43 hours, Officer Baker (79856) wrote a continuation/supplement for a Theft of Other Trailer at 1528 Hickory Valley Rd. I spoke with the county unit who recovered the trailer who mentioned that Orval Heard, TN , lives near the recovery location and has been known to be involved with thefts of trailers. I was not able to ID him as one of the men from thevideo but it is possible he could be the 2nd individual with the baseball hat on. Nothing further.

On 10/03/2019 at 10:56 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) wrote a continuation/supplement for a Theft of Other Trailer at 1528 Hickory Valley Rd. The victim came into the PSC Lobby and gave me a list of stolen items that he said had been in the trailer and he needed them added to the report.

490 Greenway View Dr19-095841 9/22/2019 1:00:00AM 290 Vandalism

On 09/23/2019 at 12:30 hours, Officer Frazier (68396) responded to a Vandalism at 490 Greenway View Dr. Upon arrival, police spoke with Robert Crabtree. Robert stated that on Monday night, an individual named Leslie (last name unknown) damaged his Hyundai Sonata. Leslie and Robert both work at Walmart on Greenway View Drive. The damage occurred when Leslie pulled the license plate off of Robert's Sonata causing the plate chip to break. The current price to fix it is unknown. Robert stated that according to his manager, Leslie was having some type of medical emergency and that is why he did what he did. However, at the time the incident happend Leslie was not taken to the hospital and it is unclear what the circumstances were. Supposedly, the damage is caught on video surveillance at Walmart. Robert stated that he is going to ask Leslie about the damage tonight and see if he will cover the damage cost; if not, Robert stated he might have to prosecute.

2610 Amnicola Hwy19-095849 9/22/2019 8:00:00PM 23D Theft from Building

On 09/23/2019 at 11:46 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) responded to a Theft from Building at 2610 Amnicola Hwy at the Subway. The victim said that she last had her ID card in her back pocket with her cell phone while she was there yesterday around 8 pm. She then got her phone out while she was inside and then realized she didn't have her ID when she got out to her car about a minute later. She immediately went back into the Subway and a worker told her that they saw the suspect pick up the ID and take off right after it fell out of her pocket. She's not sure if there is any video of the incident and she said the worker gave her a brief description of the suspect. This report was taken by phone.

Casey stated that his sister, Brandy Durham, was on her way over to this address to get some belongings, and he wanted police to ask her if she had Joe Knight's (her ex boyfriend) phone. Police spoke with Brandy who said that the phone was her's and she would give it back to Joe when she was done with it. Police cannot determine who owns the phone and Joe is currently in jail awaiting to be taken back to Texas. No further.

On 09/23/2019 at 14:11 hours, Officer Baker (79856) reported a memo at 1004 Tunnel Blvd. Upon arrival I spoke with Tomica Baugh who stated that her son , Tavarus Baugh, had purchased an Iphone for $500 on Amazon without her knowledge. Tavarus has permission to use the card, but only for certain approved purchases. Tomica stated she just needed a report so she could have the item returned for a refund. Nothing further.

On 09/23/2019 at 14:45 hours, Officer Frazier (68396) responded to a Vandalism at 5701 Brainerd Rd. Upon arrival, police spoke with Shania Smith. Shania stated to police that her manager's boyfriend, Dominick Vazquez, came into her place of work on this date. Dominick's girlfriend is the manager. Apparently, Dominick and his girlfriend were having an argument and being very loud inside the store. Shania told Dominick to be quiet. At this point, he told her that she was lucky he wasn't putting his hands on her. Next, Dominick went outside the store and was being loud. Shania walked outside and Dominick waved his finger in front of her face. After this, she walked back inside. She stated that Dominick then threw rocks at her car causing small damage. Shania showed police the damage, but the damage was so tiny it could have come from anywhere. Dominick's girlfriend stated that what he was throwing at Shania's car was the part of a plant, which the bulbs were visible beneath Shania's car. Shania stated that at this time she did not wish to prosecute but wanted him banned from inside the store. Police told her to contact dispatch if he returned.

On 09/23/2019 at 14:50 hours, Officer E.Brown (79857) responded to a Theft of Other Trailer at 4001 Rogers Rd. Upon arrival police met with Mr. Tony Brock who stated that one of his cargo trailers had been stolen sometime between 0915 and 1200 hrs. Mr. Brock described his trailer as a 6'X10' utility trailer, white in color with a single axle. Mr. Brock stated that while he was gone this morning someone backed into his driveway and cut the lock on his trailer making it able to be taken. On scene was Mr. Brocks lock that had been disabled and left behind. Mr. Brocks trailer is a 1988 Wells Cargo trailer. The trailer has been entered into NCIC (V261457449). Nothing further to report.

On 09/23/2019 at 14:14 hours, Officer Matthew Puglise (62210) reported a memo at 200 Broad St. Police were dispatched to 200 Broad Street on a report that a female had fallen and was unable to get up. Upon arrival police spoke with Dina Wilson who statedthat she had to much to drink while on the Southern Bell. Police assisted Dina by getting her safely back to her hotel room.

On 09/23/2019 at 16:00 hours, Officer Warren (71993) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 3330 Hixson Pike. Upon arrival I made contact with Mr. Horner, complainant, who stated his vehicle was broken into and his wallet was taken. I then looked at the school's security video and observed a black male wearing a black wind breaker with a horizontal white strip breaking in the vehicleand taking an item. Mr. Horner called after police had left the scene and reported his bank card had been used at a Walmart and he had since frozen his account to prevent future charges. No further police action was taken.

On 09/24/2019 at 17:17 hours, Officer Avila (80755) reported a memo at 212 Walnut St. Police were called to this residence by Ms. Nadia Davis, the caregiver to Mr. William Edwards. She stated that she was concerned for Mr. Edwards due to him making statements of self-harm. She said that he made the statement “A bullet to the head would not hurt” I spoke with Mr. Edwards he claims that he had no intentions to harm himself and was joking when he made the statement. He did not think that Ms. Nadia would take him seriously. Mr. Edwards also stated that there were no weapons in his residence.

On 09/23/2019 at 18:25 hours, Officer Warren (71993) reported a memo at 3839 Birmingham Dr. Upon arrival I made contact with Ms. Pamela Durham, complainant, who was mopping her house when I made contact with her and she stated she knows better than the doctors that released her son ( Randy Durham) and stated she had taken him to the Lookouts baseball game and also to Lake Winnie Amusement Park & Water Park where she had got him a stuffed animal. Ms. Durham rambled on for several minutes about nothing seemingly relevant to why she stated she had called for police assistance. Police had been out with Randy Durham and his Mother ( Pamela Durham) on several occasions with similar circumstances. There is no reason for police to believe there is any need for police action and no one is in any danger of being harmed or harming themselves. No further police action was taken.

On 09/23/2019 at 20:35 hours, Officer Warren (71993) reported a memo at 3839 Birmingham Dr. Upon arrival I made contact with Pamela Durham again and Randy Durham was on scene. Ms. Durham had stated Randy couldn't stay at her residence but wantedhim to go to the hospital. I then spoke with Randy Durham who stated he had no intention of harming himself or others and he did not want to go to the hospital. Ms. Durham then asked if it would add to the report that Randy had given a pan handler $1,000 of her money while she was having a medical issue sometime ago. As usual there was no need for police assistance at the residence.

Anthony Green and Anthony Hixson got into a verbal disorder at the above address over a sleeping mat. The disorder was over by the time I arrived and both parties determined that Hixson was the true owner of the mat. No further.

All evidence was turned into CPD Property Division under (19-4716). Items included 10 separate plastic bags of Marijuana, which weighed at 1.3 pounds. A medium sized black nylon bag was also turned in and contained 2 black weight scales, several empty plastic bags, and a mason jar which had 2 bags of Marijuana and empty plastic bags as well.

Ms. Akridge stated that she herd someone trying to open the screen door of her residence. Ms. Akridge stated that she thinks it may have been her ex boyfriend Antino Akridge, but she did not see him. Ms. Akridge stated that she observed a white Chevy Tahoe parked in front of her apartment that looked like what Mr. Akridde drove. The Tahoe was gone upon police arrival. Police checked the area for the Tahoe but were unable to locate it. Nothing further to report.

Police spoke to the homeowner who recognized him and told police they no longer need their assistance. Police left without incident.

On this date I located this black Cadilac ) registered to Mr. James McCullough. The vehicle fled from a traffic stop the prior week at 1100 E 38th St. I located the vehicle at 4200 Grand Avenue. I requested a tow and United Transport #1 responded. Atthe time of recovery the vehicles windows were down. I had a hold placed on the vehicle.

On 09/24/2019 at 00:15 hours, Officer Cannon 1089 responded to a Vehicle fire at 17400 Interstate 24 Wb. Once on scene the trailer was fully engulfed CFD responded and was able to get the fire out. The driver Anthony Harper stated he had been having mechanical issues with the trailer prior to the brakes possibly locking up. The driver was unsure of the exact amount for the property that was damaged. Doug Yates wrecker responded to the scene and will be handling the clean up during daylight hours. On 09/24/2019 at 02:05 hours, Officer T. Perocchi (79535) responded to a citizen well-being check at 2029 Hickory Valley Road. A woman called into dispatch asking police to check the area of 2029 Hickory Valley Road for her husband, Kyle Gordon, who is in town for work. She identified herself as Mary Gordon and said he would be driving a red Nissan Sentra or Azera. Mary said to dispatchers she has not heard from him since 21:00 the day prior and had her cell phone provider "ping" the phone at 2029 Hickory Valley Road around 22:30 the day prior. Police checked parking lots and the hotel within a mile of this address and did not locate the vehicle. Police had no other information to follow-up on to check his well-being and had dispatch notify Mary we did not locate him at this time.

On 09/24/2019 at 02:24 hours, Officer R.petty (75408) reported a memo at 1230 Poplar St. While on routine patrol officers noticed a red Kia Soul parked, not running on the side of the road with a black male sitting in the driver side seat. Officers decided to talk to him and identified him as Mr. Lemanuel Townsend. We asked what he was doing and he stated that he was waiting to take his friend to work. Officers then checked his information and found that he had no outstanding warrants. No further action was taken.

On 09/24/2019 at 04:40 hours, Officer Dewayne Prater (60839) responded to a Vandalism at 1912 Tuskegee Blvd. Police responded to this location on a Vandalism call. Upon arrival police spoke with Ms. Garmae Jackson. Ms. Jackson told police went she came outside around 0420hrs she noticed her vehicle rear back window broken out. Ms. Jackson own a 2005 Toyota Camry white in color with Tn . Ms. Jackson stated that she did not have insurance on the vehicle. Ms. Jackson did not have any suspect information. At this time there was no further police action taken.

and flee on foot. The driver of the vehicle (Mike Parsons) stated that he did not know the male and was not aware that he was in his trunk. Police and Hospital security were unable to locate the suspicious black male in the area.

He was bolo'd to CPD and Hospital security: mixed racial male, dreadlocks, white tank-top, no shoes, and a limp.

Upon arrival I spoke with Kasey who stated that her debit card had been stolen out of Dalton Ga. There were 2 separate fraudulent charges at the Speedway yesterday morning at 0633-0634. Dalton PD had already viewed the video footage for their investigation. Nothing further at this time.

On 09/24/2019 at 11:32 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 1944 Northpoint Blvd at Home Depot. The victim said that he left his car parked there yesterday around 3 pm and 2 of his company's items (Laptop/Ipad) were inside it. He said he was there for about 45 min, but he didn't pay much attention to the items when he left there at around 3:45 pm. He then drove his vehicle to a location downtown where he was away from his car for about an hour and he then drove to the YMCA in Hixson where he discovered that the items were gone around 5:30 pm. He said that the items could have been stolen at the Home Depot or downtown and he's not sure if he left his car locked. He said that Home Depot may have video of the incident but he's not sure and he will call back for an officer to respond to review it if any is found. This report was taken by phone.

On 09/24/2019 at 12:04 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) responded to a Theft from Building at 5959 Shallowford Rd at Pinnacle Prosthetics & Orthotics. The victim said that he is the Manager/Owner there and had left his backpack laying in his office yesterdayaround 4:45 pm while he stepped away to the bathroom for just a couple minutes. When he got back to his office about 2 minutes later, he discovered that the backpack was gone and he said it contained many personal items including his gun (pistol). He said the business was still technically open at the time the theft happened but he did not see anyone else in the building or in the parking lot. He did not have the serial for the gun at this time, so it could not be entered into NCIC. This report was taken by phone.

Upon arrival police located a back pack containing numerous items. Inside the back pack was a Dell Laptop and a Kahr (9mm) firearm. Police took the back pack and items inside to property and the property was made releasable to the owner (19-4732). The owner was notified by police that his belongings had been recovered. Nothing further to report.

On 09/24/2019 at 12:17 hours, Officer S green (70784) responded to a Vandalism at 1664 Greendale Way. Upon arrival, police observed the left side of the door broken, consistent with someone kicking in a door. Police gave verbal commands inside the residence, but heard no one inside. Police cleared the apartment and found no one inside. Homeowner, Amanda Townsend, responded and checked the apartment to see if anything was stolen. It appeared that nothing was taken. Ms. Townsend suspects that her son, Traviyell Townsend, is the one who kicked in the door. His whereabouts are unknown at this time.

On 09/24/2019 at 13:35 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) responded to a Other Theft/Non-Specific at 5431 Hixson Pike at Green Thumb Nursery. The complainant said he is the owner there and he has a large number of Hemp plants in a field there. He said that the field was last seen around 2 am this morning when his Security Guard left for the night. When the victim got there around 9 am, he discovered that about 15 - 20 of the plants were gone and others were damaged. He said that this has happened before and he has noticed some suspicious vehicles lately that he believes could be involved. This report was taken by phone.

The victim said that she had left her bullet proof vest in her vehicle last night while it was parked at home and she said one side of the vehicle was left unlocked. The vehicle stayed there overnight and this morning at 7:05 am, she discovered thatthe vest was gone. This report was taken by phone.

Upon arrival at HomeServe complainant (Necol Brummitt) stated an employee (Kamil Matthews) was engaged in a verbal dispute in the parking lot with another unknown female driving a dark colored Kia Sedona. Upon speaking with Ms. Matthews she stated the argument was with her best friend of 26 yrs, Lagloria Williams. Complainant stated she walked outside and was unexpectedly met by Lagloria who began cursing and screaming. Complainant stated she had recently broke up with her fiance and Lagloria was meddling in business not of her own. Complainant stated she will be gathering personal belongings from her home on Heaton dr, sometime in the next week and will request an officer as a disorder prevention. Complainant stated she will notify officers if Lagloria returned to her place of employment

The victim said that she layed her phone down on her desk around 11:20 am yesterday and it contained other items in it's case. When she checked for it again around noon, she discovered that it was gone and she has no idea who took it. She said that it could have been a patient or anyone else that could have gotten it. On 09/24/2019 at 23:20 hours, Officer Veloz (75390) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 501 Signal Mountain Rd. Vehicle was recovered at ( 2584 Battlefield Pkwy, F) logans roadhouse in Ft. Oglethorpe GA. Vehicle was undamaged and the owner, named Ella, was notified that the vehicle was there about an hour prior to her arrival. Supposedly she stated that someone called her husband/boyfriend and told him that the vehicle was there. Police did recover a DL- from TN that had the name Cheryle McGlamer inside of it. That ID was placed into the Ft. O's evidence property. Nothing further at this time.

On 09/24/2019 at 15:45 hours, Officer Roberts, Galen (61098) responded to a Other Theft/Non-Specific at 5248 Highway 153 (which serves as the physical business address of 'Books A Million'). Stephanie Saywell (victim) was hanging out with a couple of friends (suspects, Alan Harris and Stephanie Schultz) at the aforementioned business on 9/22/2019. Saywell left her belongings (a black colored zippered bag that contained jewelry valued in excess of $1000.00) inside of Harris' vehicle. Harris and Schultz exited the business (minus Saywell) and drove off to an undisclosed destination. Saywell later spoke to Schultz via telephone and demanded the return of her property. Schultz and Harris both denied ever being in possession of Saywell's property. Saywell was unable to readily provide police with any evidence to corroborate her claims (her story was actually quite inconsistent). Schultz and Harris were both unavailable for comment. Case status: inactive

On 09/24/2019 at 15:46 hours, Officer Coleman (79519) responded to a Threatening Phone Call at 1803 S Beech St. Police made contact with Cristana Vasquez. Ms. Vasquez stated that Dimar Vasquez had made verbal threats against her over the phone. Ms. Vasquez state d that she did not want to press charges, but just wanted police to talk to him. Ms. Vasques stated that her brother lived somewhere on Wataga St, but was unable to provide a house number. Ms. Vasques was also unable to provide a DOB for her brother. Police checked the area of Wataga St but were unable to make contact with Dimar Vasquez. Nothing further to report.

On 09/24/2019 at 15:15 hours, Officer Hauge (79528) responded to a Stolen Property at 5952 Brainerd Rd. On arrival I spoke with store staff who stated a gun they have had since 2017 come up stolen when they tried to sell it to a customer. US Money Shop staff stated the gun and been pawn for $400 back in 2017 but had also been put on police hold, but stated the police hold did not transfer with the gun when they were bought out and changed computer systems. On 06/22/2017 the gun was pawned to US Money Shop by a Jesus Samaniego. Police took possession of the gun and turned it into police property. NCIC notified Bradley County where the gun was stolen and the gun was removed form NCIC.

On 09/24/2019 at 16:04 hours, Officer Cronon reported a memo at 1700 E 49th St. Upon arrival, I was met by Romeika Madden. Miss. Madden stated her vehicle had been towed away. I had asked Miss. Madden if she had missed any payments and she said, "yes." Miss. Madden spoke on the telephone to the individual who repossessed her vehicle and they are allowing Miss. On 09/25/2019 at 15:22 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) responded to a Credit Card/ATM Fraud at 7420 Bonny Oaks Dr at Speedway. The victim said that he last had his wallet with him while he was there Sunday night around 11 pm and he had made a purchase in the store. He then tried to put the wallet in his back pocket and then left. After he had left, he realized he no longer hadit about an hour and a half later. He said it must have missed his pocket when he tried to put it in. He immediately went back to the store and he spoke to the clerk (female) who he said acted strangely and claimed that she knew nothing about it and walked away.On Tuesday, he discovered that there was an illegal charge on his Regions debit card for $13.07, which had been in his wallet. He said the charge was done there on Tuesday at about 2 am. He said that he has not checked with Speedway after the charge was done, so it is unknown if there is any video of the incident. This report was taken by phone.

Mr. Adamovic stated that at 1630hrs, a black male came inside the business, walked straight to the computer section, grabbed a Lenovo laptop, cut the security cable witha box cutter, putted the laptop underneath his shirt then left the business, crossing all points of sale with no intention of paying for the merchandise. Ms. Derrick stated that her ex-boyfriend, Mr. Blake Fields sent her a text saying, "Make sure you get the kids a ride to school in the morning". Ms. Derrick stated that this message prompted her to go check and see if her license plate had been taken off of her vehicle. Ms. Derrick stated that she went outside and her temporary tag was taken from the vehicle. Police checked the camera's at this location but were unable to locate any kind of evidence which would lead to identifying a suspect. Due to this being a temporary tag, and Ms. Derrick not knowing the number on the tag, it will not be entered into NCIC as stolen. No further at this time.

She said that another customer saw him fiddling with the sunglasses behind his back and told her that she thought he was trying to steal a pair of them. Mrs. Byrd then questioned the male about the sunglasses and told him that she was calling the police since he was wanted for multiple thefts in the area. She said that he then walked outside and another customer saw him get into a white SUV and drove East on Shallowford Rd. Mr. Mcoy gave consent to search his vehicle and told police a friend left a vape pen in his vehicle which contained illegal THC. Complainant called in stating that two parties were walking down Browndell Drive heading towards Isbill Road and she felt like theywere casing houses to break into.

I got out with Charles Massengale who matched the description of one of the people. Mr. Massengale stated he was going to 120 Isbill Road to pick up his girlfriend. I asked him if he was walking or hanging out with someone else and he stated a person names Chris. I asked what Chris last name was and he stated he thinks it is Spencer. Mr. Massengale has been mentioned in other reports as a possible suspect in auto thefts and auto break ins but he did not have any items on his person this evening.

I was unable to located Mr. Spencer.

On 09/26/2019 at 06:20 hours, Officer Hughes, Lance (80776) reported a memo at 2227 E 23rd St. Officers responded to the above address and spoke with the owner James Manis. He stated that multiple homeless parties were sleeping on his property and were refusing to leave and not come back. He stated that he is trying to sell the property, but has been experiencing littering and vandalism problems due to people taking up residence on the loading dock and in the parking lot. He requested that officer begin to trespass people from the lot and that he would prosecute after each person was given a warning. Officers asked Mr. Manis to post no trespassing signs on the property and to contact police if he had any further problems. Nothing further to report.

Mr. Thaxton informed me that an employee of the business attempted to start one of the trucks this morning but was unable to. Mr. Thaxton discovered upon further investigation that the catalytic converter had been removed from the company truck ( ). Mr. Thaxton discovered the catalytic converter had also been removed from another company truck ( . Mr. Thaxton reviewed video surveillance of the parking lot and observed a black Chevrolet suv (equinox or traverse) pull up near the trucks at around 22:00 hours on 09/25/2019. Mr. Thaxton did not see anyone in the video, just the possible suspect vehicle. Mr. Thaxton estimated each catalytic converter, with repairs, to cost 1,000. No further suspect information available.

Ms. Gaddis stated she ordered tickets to the Deep Purple aniline for her son but she could not find them on the email. Ms. Gaddis stated after Mr. Gaddis found out the tickets could not be located he became upset and began breaking his own items. Mr. Gaddis stated he broke 2 of his TV's. Police talked to Ms. Gaddis who stated it was only a verbal disorder and Mr. Gaddis never only destroyed his own property. The caller, Nicole White LP, stated the parties were concealing merchandise in a bag. The subjects left the store shortly after police arrived, minus 1 bag. I questioned the subjects and found they have a history of shoplifting, having been named in several prior cases. The subjects arrived at the store in a white Chevy Impala, which had multiple suspicious vehicle reports related to shoplifting. My investigation revealed no active warrants on the subjects at this time. Neither subject has a valid license. No further action was taken at this time.

I ran the license plate through NCIC and it came back as a stolen plate out of Knoxville. The vehicle (VIN-WBAGL63474DP71235) however was not stolen. Police spoke with Mr. Harry Robinson who stated he was having some issues with homeless parties of property owned by Top Flight. The parties had been notified over a month ago of the brush being cleared in the lots and notified again on 9/20/2019. The workers were having some issues with parties but none were present upon police arrival. Mr. Robinson wished to have parties who were present while the workers were present be removed from the property. No further police action was neededat this time.

Upon arrival I was met by the complainant Mr. Gary Wolff, which stated that while exiting the Sams Club located at the stated address, he was accused of keying someones vehicle. A black Kia Sorento ( ) was stationary outside of the exit door of the Sams Club as Mr. Wolff was leaving the store. A woman confronted Mr. Wolff as he passed by her vehicle, stating that he keyed her vehicle. The woman in the Kia Sorento drove away from the scene before police arrival. Mr. Wolff wanted a police report made just in case the owner of the Kia Sorento tried to accuse him of damaging the vehicle. Nothing further.

Mr. Welch informed officer that an individual identified as Mr. David Elliot had entered into a verbal altercation with Ms. Carter. Mr. Welch stated that he intervened and attempted to deescalate the situation by telling Ms. Carter to leave the area. Mr. Welch stated Mr. Elliot began to speak very aggressively toward him. Mr. Welch stated he then notified officers. Mr. Elliot was no where on scene. Officers determined the situation was nothing more than averbal disorder. No further at this time.

On 09/27/2019 at 11:47 hours, Officer Blumenberg (61430) wrote a continuation/supplement for a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 804 E 48th St. Police received intel that the stolen vehicle was left on the parking lot of Circle K at 7020 E Brainerd Rd. Upon arrival, police observed said vehicle unoccupied. The keys to the vehicle were still in the ignition, but the vehicle would not start. The vehicle was towed to NC Towing and the owner was notified by Auto Theft division. The vehicle was taken out of NCIC as stolen.

On 09/26/2019 at 19:40 hours, Officer E. Lee (885) responded to a Harassment All Others at 5084 S Terrace. Upon arrival I was met by both complainants Ms. Tatiana Dyskina and Mr. Gary Anderson. They both stated Ms. Dyskina's ex husband Mr. Ilya Dyskin, arrived on scene and started to cause a disorder. Mr. Anderson stated that Mr. Dyskin was upset that he was on a date with his ex wife. Mr. Anderson stated that Mr. Dyskin threatened to kill him one time while in the heat of the disorder. Mr. Anderson then called the Police, in which caused Mr. Dyskin to flee from the scene. Only Mr. Anderson was the one who heard Mr. Dyskin threaten him. Ms. Dyskina stated she had a restraining order against Mr. Dyskin from the state of Georgia. I read over the restraining order Ms. Dyskina had in her vehicle, which appeared to state that the restraining order is only enforceful in the state of Georgia. I spoke with the Magistrate and he said there was not enough evidence for a warrant to be taken out for Mr. Dyskin at thistime. No charges will be filed at this time for Mr. Dyskin.

There was no evidence of any weapons that were brandished, and was only a verbal disorder.

Ms. Gloria stated that the mother lives off of Noa St (approx 35 blocks away), and she did not know what Ms. Cynthia was talking about. Police responded to a report a white male was standing beside the roadway nude playing a imaginary guitar. Police seen a white male fully clothed who was identified as Mr. Munson walking around the area. Once police got out with Mr. Munson, police noticed Ms. Swaw standing there nude out of public view and the tent moving police informed the person in the tent to step out believing it was the white male that was seen nude. After the person inside the tent refused to exit the tent police opened the tent and found Mr. Spikes attemptingto put his clothes on. Mr. Spikes is a black male and did not match the description of the person that was seen nude playing an Imaginary guitar. Due to Mr. Munson being clothed and Mr. Spikes and Ms. Swaw not matching the description. Police was unable to identify who the caller seen nude. Police ran everyone for warrants which returned negative. No further.

A check of the vehicle came back confirmed they both own the vehicle. Ms. Allen stated could she just get some personal belongings out, which she did and left without incident. On 09/27/2019 at 09:53 hours, Police responded to 2303 Windsor St in response to a deceptive practice. On arrival, Police spoke with RP Latara Cook who states a man named Ethan Hawk messaged her on Facebook claiming he could help her get a loan. He asked her to send him $300 and he would send her a $4000 dollar loan. Mr. Hawk stated to send the money to a Michael Barber over Western Union. After Ms. Cook sent the money and stated Mr. Hawk blocked her on Facebook. Police saw a transaction receipt for $300. Ms. Cook stated the messages and transaction occurred between 0900-1000hrs this morning and she called police at 0950hrs. She believes she may have been scammed but it is not known at this time due to not even an hour having had passed since she first made contact with Mr. Hawk.

Police spoke with Carter Towing who gave Mr. Barnes his debt cards so he could get cash to pay the bill. Mr. Barnes got the cash from the ATM and got his items back. No further.

On 09/27/2019 at 10:35 hours, Officer Moser (60250) responded to a Shoplifting at Ross dress for less located at 2040 Hamilton Place Blvd. I spoke to manager, Lindsay Knox who stated on 09/24/19 and 09/26/19 (2) unknown black females came into the business, grabbed several items of clothing and purses and exited the business past the last point of sale without payment. Ms. Knox stated the incidents are on video and the females are described as 18-25 yoa and had on different clothing for the thefts.

The estimated amount stolen is around $1,300 dollars.

On 09/27/2019 at 11:32 hours, Officer Lockhart (581) along with PO Dresdyn Johnson attempted to initiate a Traffic Stop at 3441 Wilcox Blvd. Officers observed a black Honda Civic driving with a TN Tag ( reported stolen. When Officers initiated emergency lights, the vehicle turned and began driving quickly on Wilcox Blvd. Officers disengaged the vehicle and dispatch sent out a BOLO for the vehicle. The vehicle was later seen by Artic taking a left on Through St. towards the tunnels. No further to report.

The vehicle stayed there overnight and the next morning around 7 am, he discovered that the wallet was gone. He said that his father: Gorje Belsquez Esteban, was there with him while he was making this report over the phone.

On 09/27/2019 at 15:00 hours, Officer Billingsley (79518) responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 2000 E 23rd St. Evelyn Copeland contacted police wanting to report her vehicle ( as stolen. Ms. Copeland informed me that she let her step-son borrow the vehicle on Sunday, 09/22/2019, from her residence at 4810 Blue Bell Ave. Ms. Copeland informed me that shewas made aware the vehicle was pulled over at 2000 E 23rd St, Chatt Inn, on 09/23/2019. I discovered where CPD had initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle at 22:12 hours on 09/23/2019. I discovered the vehicle's occupants exited the vehicle and fled from the vehicle. I discovered the vehicle had been pulled over as part of an investigation into a disorder and police later realized the vehiclewas not involved with the disorder. Ms. Copeland returned to the motel to possibly retrieve her vehicle as she was told by one of the occupants that they had left the vehicle there, however, she did not locate the vehicle. Ms. Copeland informed me she would like the vehicle to be entered in as stolen as herself or police do not know where the vehicle is. Ms. Copeland informed me she would like to prosecute. The vehicle was entered into NCIC (NIC #V621458456) on 09/27/2019 at 15:24 hours. No suspect information available at this time. Nothing further.

These parties had bagged merchandise without paying for it at the self checkout station. The parties were detained and brought into the AP's office. The value of merchandise was under $25 and Walmart decided just to trespass the parties. Both parties were officially trespassed from Walmart at this address. No further.

Ms. Watkins informed officers her car had been broken into however no visible damage was noted. Ms. Watkins informed officers he glove box was opened and papers from the glove box were scattered about the front passenger seat. Ms. Amos stated to officers that her wallet was stolen from the glove box. Ms. Amos stated inside her purse was her social security card and credit and debit cards.Ms. Amos informed officers her credit and debit cards had been canceled prior to police arrival. Ms. Amos also informed officers her keys to her honda civic and to her apartment had been stolen as well. Ms. Amos and Ms. Watkins informed officers they did not have any suspect information and had only been away from their vehicle approximately 45 minutes. On 09/28/2019 at 08:40 hours, Officer Lockhart (581) along with PO Dresdyn Johnson (853) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 123 Chickamauga Rd. Upon arrival, the victim (Aguilar) informed officers that his wallet and a notebook containing customer information had been stolen from his unlocked vehicle (TN ) around 03:30 hours on 9/28. The sole credit card from his wallet had been attempted to be used at 3534 Brainerd Rd (Mapco) but was declined. The victim blocked his credit card but had no info regarding the time used or possible suspect information. There was no damage to the vehicle. No further to report.

On 09/28/2019 at 09:45 hours, Officer Niver (73511) and PO Johnston (83688) reported a memo at 2 Market St. Upon arrival, police noticed the silver Nissan Altima with a flat tire, broken right headlight, and was parked in a way that was obstructing an entrance to a Republic Parking lot. Police began the towing process when the driver of the vehicle Isaiah Robinson arrived to movehis car out of the way. Mr. Robinson was able to move his vehicle into the parking lot in order to change his tire so that he could drive the vehicle away. Nothing further.

Upon arrival, Tomica Daniels (B/F stated she and her boyfriend had just recently been in a verbal argument. She stated she really just called us so that we could help to calm down. Police were able to assist her will calming down and gave her a Crisis Helpphone number in case she felt it would be necessary to call. Nothing further.

On 09/28/2019 at 10:00 hours, Officer Moser (60250) responded to a wreck at 4600 58 Highway. I spoke to Jonathon Rogers who stated he was stopped on Hwy 58 for the traffic light when he thinks that the vehicle in front of him backed up while he was coasting forward and they made contact.Mr. Rogers stated the female driver got out and started to yell at him and then she left the scene. Mr. Rogers just wanted to document the incident and he stated he did not have any damage to his vehicle.

On 09/28/2019 at 09:50 hours, Officer A. Irwin (82265) reported a memo at 2343 Shallowford Village Dr. Police were dispatched to call of a disorder where a male party would not leave the premises. Upon arrival, I spoke with Travis Caslin, who was not a guest atthe hotel and was asked to leave multiple times, but he refused. I asked Mr. Caslin to come out to my vehicle so that I could run hisinformation. He did not have any outstanding warrants and left the premises without any further incident. Nothing further.

On 09/28/2019 at 11:00 hours, Officer Lockhart (581) along with PO Dresdyn Johnson (853) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 312 McBrien Rd. Upon arrival, the victim (Rojas) informed officers that the license plate had been stolen off of her vehicle sometime between 17:00 9/27 and 09:00 9/28. The stolen tag number (TN ) was entered into NCIC (NIC #P066964064). There was no additional damage to or theft from the vehicle. No further to report.

On 09/28/2019 at 11:35 hours, Officer David Ashley (44890) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 501 Signal Mountain Rd. Upon arrival, I made contact with Ms. Gorman. Ms. Gorman stated on 09/27/2019 between 1630hrs and 1700hrs a unknown suspect entered her 2004 Volvo. Ms. Gorman said she may have left her vehicle unlocked due to no force entry. The suspect once inside took her MSI gaming laptop. Ms. Gorman made the report on 09/28/2019 due to getting the serial number to the laptop. Ms. Gorman had no suspect information at the time of report.

On 09/28/2019 at 14:07 hours, Officer David Ashley (44890) wrote a continuation/supplement for a Theft of Vehicle parts at 900 Mountain Creek Rd. Apt. 303. Upon arrival, I made contact with the Ms. Ivey. Ms. Ivey stated on this date she was pulled over for her TN registration being out of date. Ms. Ivey said when she returned home she noticed her neighbor had a new 2020 sticker on her tag. The sticker did match Ms. Ivey's tag number. The sticker was on TN registration which was not on file. The unknown suspect lived in Apt. 304 but refused to answer the door. The sticker was removed and turned into property. Ms. Ivey wasinstructed to pick up a copy of the report and get a new sticker. Property#19-04804.

On 09/28/2019 at 15:10 hours, Officer Johnston (75394) reported a memo at 8935 Lee Hwy. On scene I attempted to locate a party that was described as suicidal. Party was described as w/m, blond shaggy hair wearing a blue T-shirt, very skinny, jeans. I drove around the area and checked inside the dumpster holding area but was unable to locate anything. I continued to check the surrounding gas stations and local restaurant. I was unable to locale anyone matching this description. M03 arrived on scene but due to not locating a patient, returned to service. Nothing else follows at this time.

5106 Eldridge Rd19-097927 9/28/2019 8:00:00AM 240 MVT/Passenger Vehicle

On 09/28/2019 at 13:20 hours, Officer B. Martin (62436) responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 5106 Eldridge Rd.. While working a vehicle fire in the front yard of the above address, Karen Barnette, told police that her 1999 Toyota 4Runner had been stolen. Barnette was not sure who took the vehicle but she said that she had not given anyone permission to take it. Barnette said that the vehicle was taken with the keys. The vehicle was entered into NCIC using NIC# V931450463. The vehicle is believed to bein the Hixson area.

On 09/28/2019 at 16:15 hours, Officer Bell (79882) reported a memo at 510 Central Dr. Upon arrival, I spoke with Ms. Hunter who told me that she wanted to report that her cable man had made some inappropriate comments to her. Ms. Hunter told me that the cable man made a comment about her breast, but would not specifically tell me what he said, and that he also asked if she lived alone, which she felt was him trying to hit on her. Ms. Hunter also told me that after he left, he came back and told her that he forgot his phone. Ms. Hunter told me that he did leave his phone behind, but that he did it on purpose. Ms. Hunter just requested that a report be completed. No further action was needed.

On 09/28/2019 at 21:45 hours I, Officer Batterson #608, responded to a MVT/Passenger Vehicle at 4309 10th Ave. On scene I spoke to the victim who stated he had left his truck running in the driveway to utilize the headlights in his back yard. He noticed his truck backing out of the drive way and quickly flee the area. The victim stated there were several young black males next door at the time, but he did not see anyone get into the truck. No persons were observed at the next door address. Vehicle has been entered into NCIC as stolen.

On 09/29/2019 at 09:00 hours, Officer E. McCall (62872) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 113 E Manning St. Upon arrival, officer McCall spoke to the vicitim Eleanore Hall. Ms. Hall said when she got up this morning she found both her vehicles gone through. Ms. Hall said that the keys to the roof rack were taken from the Prius, but she found them in her other vehicle. Ms. Hall said nothing else at this time was taken from her vehicles that she can tell.

On 09/30/2019 at 11:58 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) responded to a Vandalism at 7540 E Brainerd Rd at Cartridge World. The complainant said he is the owner there and he said that sometime between last Wednesday night at 6 pm and 10 am the next morning (Thursday), it was discovered that the front window on the right side of the door had been broken. He said by the type of damage done, it's possible it could have been caused by a rock or a BB. He said that the repair man estimated the damage to possibly be around $600 total. On 10/01/2019 at 12:44 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) responded to a Theft from Building at 1416 Winding Way at the victim's home. The victim said that she last had her Rx meds (pills) in her kitchen cabinet on 9/24/19 at about 8:30 pm. After that, she said that she had several people in and out of the home doing various things and on 9/26/19 at about 9 am, she discovered that the pillswere gone and she has no idea who took them. On 10/01/2019 at 15:55 hours, Officer Warren (71993) responded to a Damaged Property Accidental at 1203 Hixson Pike. Upon arrival I made contact with Ms. Metzger, complainant, who stated someone had damaged her vehicle on 09/28/2019 and left a note on her vehicle. Ms. Metzger stated she had attempted to contact with party, but has been unsuccessful. No further police action could be taken.

On 10/02/2019 at 13:16 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) responded to a Theft from Motor Vehicle at 5600 Brainerd Rd at Eastgate Mall. The victim said that she last saw her backpack in her car when she left it parked there Saturday morning around 8:30 am. She said that the backpack was in the back of her vehicle and she was there until 11:30 am. She said she then drove the car to a nearby location at Sparetime Bowling, which is close to the Mall. She said she then left her vehicle parked there until about 2 pm, which is when she left in the vehicle. After she had just left, she said she noticed that the rear door alarm was beeping and it's at that time that she discovered that the rear door was open and the backpack was gone, which contained her laptop. She said that she may have left the vehicle unlocked at both places and so it could have been stolen from the vehicle at either place. This report was taken by phone.

On 10/02/2019 at 17:27 hours, Officer Skyler Long (79892) responded to a Shoplifting at 2020 Gunbarrel Rd. Upon arrival, I spoke with the complainant Ms. Laura Hindman. Ms. Hindman works as AP at Stein Mart. She stated on 9/26/2019 at 1135hrs, two black females walked inside the store and were seen on camera shoplifting by concealing merchandise and walking out of the store without paying. Ms. Hindman stated the total value of items stolen were $135. These items were all clothing items. The suspects were seen leaving in a white Ford Crown Victoria unknown on tag. Ms. Hindman stated that she will send photos of the suspects tome later and I will include them in the report at that time. One of the female suspects was observed with tattoos across her chest. No further at this time.

On 10/04/2019 at 14:43 hours, PIT McMahan (61444) responded to a Impersonation at 7709 Holiday Hills Cir at the victim's home. The victim said that she received an email notice from an online loan company called Affirm on 9/28/19. She said that she later discovered that someone had gotten a loan from them in her name for $5000 after about 30 attempts to apply for it. She said that she contacted Affirm and confirmed all this and she was told that then someone had payed about $4000 of the loan back but she's not sure what they were talking about. Also, around that same timeframe, she said that someone had attempted to access her Google accounts illegally but was denied and someone had called and had her phone account switched over to another phoneShe said she has no idea who is doing this.
