Account Activation For Previous Users

Existing Users that had credentials for TMC Benchmark classic• Contact Ben Wrona – bwrona@mtgcoop.com• Your account will be activated• You’ll receive a system login e-mail• Click on the link within the e-mail, select a new password• Start entering your data!

How to get started

New User AccountsUsers that have never used TMC Benchmark before

• Contact Ben Wrona – bwrona@mtgcoop.com• You will receive a short NDA to sign and return• Request your account on https://lendersynergy.com• Complete and submit the account request form• Verify your e-mail via the system generated follow up e-mail• We will then create your account and have the initial login e-

Submission Timetable

The Benchmark 2.0 timeline will be as follows:

• On the 5th of each month, Benchmark will open for submissions• On the 19th of each month, Benchmark will close for submissions• On the 20th of each month, your dashboard report will be available

The dashboard report displayed will remain until the 20th of the following month at which point it will be replaced by the dashboard report for the next month.

E-mail reminders will be sent to remind you of system deadlines and dashboard availability.

Submission Methods

LOS integration through• Sign consent form• Most Benchmark data is pulled in on the 5th of each month• Login to complete any missing data fields

• Enter any data fields that are not available through the LOS

Flat File/FTP Upload• Request the flat file form from TMC• Generate a report that pulls the necessary data in the exact

format required in the form• Upload to the FTP site provided by TMC

Manual Entry• Enter your data manually on the benchmark website

Requirements

Complete Submission• In order to gain access to the monthly dashboard report,

participants MUST complete the entire form for at least one business line

• This may require users to enter ‘0’ for data fields that are not applicable to their operations

Submission Deadline• The system is coded to open and close for submissions on a

predefined schedule• If data is not in by the 19th of the month, the participant will

have to wait until the next period starts and will not see any information in their dashboard report that month
