Title I Alternative Lesson Plans Grade 3 Week of April 14th-17th, 2020 Reading 1. Comprehension: Fact and Opinion Watch video clip of review of Fact and Opinion. I have attached pp. 130 and 131 for you to follow along as we review. 2. Vocabulary: Synonyms and Antonyms Watch video clip. I will give you a few reminders about synonyms and antonyms and practice a bit with you. ***Attached is p.21. Please number a piece of paper from 1-18. Look at the first word in the row. For 1-9 write the correct synonym for the first word. For 10-18 write the correct antonym. Have an adult take a picture of your work and email it to me. Math 1. Computation: Basic Facts for +, -, and x Please continue to practice your xtramath several times a week! Remember if you have flashcards to work on those, too. We can have a really fun flashdown when we return!! 2. Concepts: Counting Money Watch video clip of coin review. I have attached "Counting Coins" for a quick review. ***Attached are pages 7 and 8. Your assignment is to write the answers to these questions on a separate sheet of paper. Again, take a picture of your work and email to me. Practice counting the coins of your family members at home.
