INTRODUCTION
Telstra is making available a set of APIs ( Application Programming Interfaces) called XSI, supporting the
integration of Telstra Business Calling Platform with third-party (or customer developed) applications.
Vendors can apply to self certify their application for testing in the Telstra Test Lab which is currently running
version 19sp2 of Broadworks.
The lab is accessible via the Internet, Telstra IP-VPN, and Telstra provided Internet/IP access services.
SIP calling functionality is made available via an Internet facing SBC providing non-TIPT customers with the ability
to fully test their applications remotely.
When Telstra and the vendor (application developer) are satisfied that the proposed application is compliant they
will complete the “Guidelines and Compliance Pack” supplied and email it to Telstra. Telstra will then issue a
Notice of Compliance and the application will be listed on Telstra’s Online Resource Centre as a compliant
application.
This document includes the forms that must be completed to request access to the Telstra Test Lab for Self
Certification of applications.
To request access to the Telstra Test Lab:
1. Complete Chapter 1- The Questionnaire
2. Complete Chapter 3 - The Agreement
3. Email this document to [email protected]
4. If your request is successful Telstra will provide you with the Guidelines and Compliance document
which contains details of the Test Lab environment that has been provided for your testing
