Playground Trouble

Felica came back from PE after running 16 laps around the track (2 miles) She was exhausted.

Arun had been sitting in class for the whole time and at last! It was recess! She ran down the stairs and into the playground.

When all the girls were together, they started to decide on what game to play.

Felica said, “I want to go to the library and rest.

However, Arun doesn’t want to waste all of recess time doing nothing. So, she said, “I want to play Police and Robber.”

“All you care about is yourself!” Felica shouted. “You can’t see that I’m sweating all over? I’m never going to be your friend anymore!!!!!!”

“Ha! Why would I care even about you?” Arun laughed. “ I can’t even believe that I wanted to be friends in the beginning! How silly I was!”

Felica started to cry. Then, she ran away, while sobbing into her hands. Arun laughed.
