Using pick lists, users can charge time against projects,

tasks and activities selected on an individual, group,

copy their last submitted time sheet into a new one with a click.

Time sheets are managed in easy to use, intuitive “In and “Out” boxes. Submitted time sheets are automatically

routed through the approval process for review and approval. All document activity from creation to fi nal processing

is recorded in an activity log, creating a trail of responsibility. These two features ensure that all time sheets that

reach Accounting have been properly reviewed and legitimately approved.

Time Tracker.Net integrates with the other TrackerSuite.Net modules, including Project Tracker.Net and the Tracker

Data Warehouse. In conjunction with Project Tracker.Net, a comprehensive project management application, Time

Tracker.Net simplifi es reporting and improves the accuracy of project billing. Through the Tracker Data Warehouse,

a Web reporting engine, Time Tracker.Net generates reports including Time Pies, Timesheet Compliance, Billable

Hours and more.

reminder to submit timesheets can be sent to all
