Total Body Conditioning: Targeted body sculpting exercises incorporating dumbbells, step, balls and other equipment. Dance Fitness : A high energy cardio and toning class set to music with choreographed routines that provide fun and exhilarating exercise! Express Cycle: Combines endurance, speed, and interval training with guided focus and motivational music for 45 minutes. All levels are welcome. Body Sculpt: HIIT class-High Intensity Interval Training is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. Kettlebell AMPD: Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves, and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie torching fun! Each song will focus on a main area, while still maintaining a whole body workout. WERQ: Fiercely fun dance fitness workout fusing today’s hottest pop rock and hip hop music with easy dance routines designed for torching calories. Yoga: Strengthening of the core muscles with breath and precise exercises while connecting and conditioning the whole body! Zumba: Work up serious sweat and get your heart rate up, up, up with this jamming Latin inspired routine. Kickboxing: An action-packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations, this class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance.
