APEX on Thursday, 14 Feb. Maximized the number of bunches in the machine,

109x109. Did not see improvement in luminosity over 56x56. Discovered a timing problem with Injection Kicker.

Decided to postpone radial polarization at PHENIX so we could ramp without rotators. Considering when to return to radial polarization for PHENIX.

PASS problems dumped a store on Sunday 17 Feb and kept RHIC off for ~12 hours.

Moved to 4 hour Physics stores + polarization measurements
