Executive Summary
INTRODUCTION
Tiger Steel Engineering India (TSEIL) was incorporated in India in the year 1995 with the
objective of providing Pre Engineered Metal Building solutions locally and overseas. The
company undertakes Design, Engineering, Fabrication, Supply and Erection of steel
buildings, and is well known for the quality and reliability of its products and services.
Over the years, Tiger India succeeded in developing design and detailing skills in PEB to
meet the growing local PEB demand and nurtured this strength into the market gaining
recognition as one of the best product providers in the industry.

The Company’s Engineering facilities
provide comprehensive Design & Drafting
services supported by a Product
Development section which is constantly
enhancing quality and product efficiencies.
Engineers & Draftsmen use updated design software's like MBS & STAAD Pro and the
Tekla Structures 3-D software for highly professionalized detailing to achieve efficient,
optimum and accurate engineering solutions .

The company’s manufacturing facilities are
spread over an area of 8 acres in Murbad (West
India) and at Haridwar (North India), housing
Fabrication and other Production activities,
besides storage of finished products.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Both facilities are fully equipped to
manufacture all PEB components in house,
starting from Anchor bolts, Primary &
Secondary Members, Roof and Cladding
System, Gutters, Down take Pipes etc.
Production capacity of both plants is currently
at 70,000 tons per annum, and can be
enhanced further to meet the growing market
demand.

Manufacturing Facilities
Tiger India has two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, located in Western India, at
Murbad near Mumbai in Maharashtra State and the second facility in Northern India at
Haridwar, Uttarakhand State.
Both facilities are installed with advanced equipments and production lines, for
manufacture of quality pre-engineered buildings. Manufacturing data is exported to
these lines for the production process enabling high level pre-site manufacturing work
before the PEB is sent for installation, to the site.

Estimation and Design are carried out for Steel Structures and Pre-Engineered
buildings, using dedicated software packages to produce comprehensive designs that
conform to clients’ requirements, design codes and standards.
The Engineering department is equipped with the following latest design and
detailing software:
TSE India provides latest technology for its Design and Drafting offices. Both activities
are fully integrated and optimally utilized. The drafting soft wares are also integrated
with the production planning and inventory modules.
The company is constantly pursuing latest software technologies for providing
customers with innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
