Steve Cross, Founder of Brightclub (@steve_x)Steve Cross is a Wellcome Trust Engagement Fellow, and was for seven years Head of Public Engagement at UCL. Steve founded projects like Bright Club, Science Showoff and History Showoff, as well as supporting over a hundred researcher-led projects to fruition. Steve is the mentor of the Showoff Talent Factory, where early-career researchers and communicators work together to create new platforms for research communication, and co-founded the London Scicomm Socials support network for people in research communication.

Thomas B Fischer, Editor-in-Chief, Impact Assessment & Project AppraisalThomas is Director of the Centre for Environmental Assessment and Management, School of Environmental Sciences, University of Liverpool and Head of the Associated World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Centre for Health in Impact Assessments, and has worked in consultancy, public administration and academia for over 27 years. He is Editor-in-Chief of ‘Impact Assessment and Project Appraisal’ and has published over 80 papers in a range of international peer-reviewed journals as well as numerous other publications.

Marcus Grant, Editor-in-Chief, Cities & Health (@marcusxgrant)Marcus works as an engaged scholar and urban designer/landscape architect for healthy people and planetary health, and was Associate Professor and Deputy Director of the World Health Organisation (WHO)’s Collaborating Centre for Healthy Urban Environments. He is currently working as an Expert Advisor to the WHO and UN-Habitat, and is Editor-in-Chief of ‘Cities & Health’.

Florian Stadtler, Reviews Editor, Wasafiri (@flostadt) Florian is Senior Lecturer in Postcolonial Literatures in the Department of English and Film, University of Exeter. His research focuses on South Asia and its diasporas, and he has published widely on Literature and Film. His monograph, ‘Fiction, Film and Indian Popular Cinema: Salman Rushdie’s Novels and the Cinematic Imagination’ is published by Routledge. He is the Director of the Centre for Literature and Archives and the Reviews Editor of ‘Wasafiri: the Magazine of International Contemporary Writing’.

He has since planned and applied to different funding bodies in Ethiopia, Benin, Uganda and India with the World Food Program, International Lifeline Fund and SHRI.

Simon Adar, CEO at Code Ocean Simon Adar is the CEO of Code Ocean, a cloud-based computational reproducibility platform, incubated out of Cornell-Tech. He was a Runway postdoc awardee at the Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute and holds a PhD from Tel-Aviv University in the field of Hyperspectral image processing. Simon previously collaborated with the DLR - the German Space Agency on the European FP7 funded EO-MINERS project to detect environmental changes from airborne and spaceborne sensors.

Deborah Kahn, Medicine & Open Access Publishing Director, Taylor & FrancisDeborah is a COPE council member and she chairs the Ethics Committee at Taylor & Francis. She has worked in scholarly publishing for over 30 years, starting in books and journals production, moving through acquisitions to senior management positions. During her career she has gained an advanced understanding and experience of ethical issues in research and journals publishing. She has served on the OASPA Board, as a member of the EC-funded SOAP project, an expert advisor to the European Science Foundation, on the Serials Publishers Executive of the Publishers Association, and the STM training committee.

Cynthia Graham, Editor-in-Chief, The Journal of Sex Research (@cygraham_graham)Professor Cynthia Graham is a Professor in Sexual and Reproductive Health within Psychology at the University of Southampton. She is also a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow at British Psychological Society; a registered Health Psychologist and Clinical Psychologist at Health and Care Professions Council; and a Fellow at Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality.

Prior to joining Taylor & Francis, she trained as both a Chemist and Evolutionary Anthropologist, and has worked on a number of government Best Practice Programmes in the fields of Environmental Technology, Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Transport.

Tiffany is an expert in bibliometric and usage data, utilising our access to a range of platforms and tools to analyse the effectiveness and impact of our published research. His research focuses on South Asia and its diasporas, and he has published widely on Literature and Film. His monograph, ‘Fiction, Film and Indian Popular Cinema: Salman Rushdie’s Novels and the Cinematic Imagination’ is published by Routledge. He has since planned and applied to different funding bodies in Ethiopia, Benin, Uganda and India with the World Food Program, International Lifeline Fund and SHRI.
