TICKET REQUEST SYSTEM USER GUIDE
AWARD WINNERS

LOGGING IN
1. If you do not have an existing account please email [email protected] to create your account.
2. Use the log in details and link provided in your AFL Ticketing Registration email to ‘Sign In’ and access the Ticket Request System.

Tip: Your
password is case
sensitive and
cannot be copy
and pasted, it
must be typed into
the Password

Tip: If you entered your
password incorrectly three
times, your accounts will be
locked and the ‘LOCKED
ACCOUNT’ will appear. If
your account is locked, email
to have it unlocked.

SELECTING YOUR MATCH
Tip: You will only
be able to book
tickets for the
current round.
Tip: Please update all of
your details under the
preferences section
under the tab with your
name, however if any
details change please
email and notify of the
changes also
2. Requests will open 9am on the Monday until 12pm on the Friday prior to each round (Thursday for a Thursday night match.
3. To request tickets for the current round, click the ‘Get Tickets’ button next to the game you wish to attend, all interstate venues except
for Adelaide Oval, SCG & Westpac will not have an option to request tickets and you will need to scan in with your passes. Please refer
to your Ticketing Information Brochure regarding interstate venue access and entitlements.
*Please note, the guest pass and total ticket limit will vary and depend on the demand and availability of each match

Please note: As of March 31st
you will be able to request your
x2 tickets for ANZAC Day. To
do this please skip to Round 4
and select the Essendon vs.
Collingwood match.

REQUESTING TICKETS
3. Reserve Seating is the only ticketing category available as you can scan in with your passes for General Admission.
4. The maximum number of tickets you can order will vary depending on the demand of the game, however you will always be entitled to
a minimum of your x2 entitled tickets
5. If you would like to order for multiple matches in the round please select ‘Get More Tickets’, when you are satisfied with your order
please select ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to continue
Tip: Always click
‘Get more Tickets’
if you are
requesting for
multiple games. Tip: If you are only
requesting your x2
complimentary
tickets, the system
will automatically
subtract the cost to
$0.00
Tip: If your order contains guest
passes your will only be charge the
cost of the guest passes.

SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER
Tip: Please use the
Special needs
information section
to detail if you
would like to sit
next to a fellow
Award Winner.
5. You have two delivery options, Pick up from Stadium or Pick up from AFL (AFL Reception). We will not be posting out any tickets.
6. Once you have selected your delivery option please enter your name (Award Winners Name) into the Collector’s field, it is important
you enter your name because whoever is collecting your tickets will need to present the Award Winners Passes for identification
7. Please utilise the ‘Special Needs Information’ section to write any comments or messages regarding your order, this is important if you
wish to be seated next to another Award Winner or if you need Wheelchair seating etc.
8. If your order contains guest passes your only payment option is to pay by Credit Card, Please enter those details into the relevant fields.
9. Once you are happy with your order and all fields have been entered please select ‘Proceed to Payment’ to submit your order.

Payment’ your order is final
and your credit card will
now be charged!

are correct.

More Tickets’

YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED!
10. Your order has now been submitted to AFL Ticketing for processing, this screen you see below is a receipt of your order & you will also
receive a confirmation email detailing your order.
11. If you have made a mistake and do not want this order to be processed please email [email protected] immediately before
your seats are allocated, your credit card has already been charged by this point.
12. You can track the status of your order through the ‘My Orders’ tab.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED
13. If you have not received a confirmation email from AFL Ticketing this means your order has not officially been submitted, please check the
right hand side of your home landing page to ensure it is not sitting in your shopping cart. This may have been a result of not filling out ALL
fields when checking out.
If you do not receive
a confirmation email,
this means your
order has not been
submitted and may
still be sitting in your
shopping card.
Please go back to
your home page and
check down the right
hand side of your
page that there is not
an order waiting to
be submitted

VIEWING & TRACKING ORDERS
To view and track the status of your order throughout the fulfilment process, select ‘My Orders’.
SUBMITTED – Once you have hit ‘Submit Order’ it will appear in ‘My Orders’ with the ‘SUBMITTED’ status. You order is waiting to be
viewed and allocated to an AFL Ticketing staff member.
PENDING – Once your order has been viewed and allocated to an AFL Ticketing staff member, it will be in ‘PENDING’ status.

YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE!
SEATS ALLOTTED – Your order is now complete and your tickets have been allocated! You would have received a
confirmation email detailing that your order has been complete, this email will include an Invoice of your order and you can
also download an invoice directly off this page using the ‘Download Invoice’ button. I
If you have purchased guest passes and if your tickets have been left at AFL Reception they will be available for collection by
the next working day, otherwise they will be left for collection under
IMPORTANT!
Once your order has been
processed and you have
received a confirmation
email detailing that your
order has been processed
this is final.
Your tickets have now
been printed and your
Credit Card has now been
charged.

REJECTED – If your order was submitted incorrectly, you will receive an email advising it has been rejected including a
reason for rejection. You may need to resubmit this order again if you have done so incorrectly.
If this is the case you will be contacted by AFL Ticketing to follow up this order.
