THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2019 THRU SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2019

1. Must be at least 21 years of age to participate.

2. $350 buy-in plus a $30 service fee and a $20 dealer appreciation fee, for a total cost of $400 To Enter.

3. Players start with $20,000 in tournament chips and the tournament will start at 10AM. Players may buy-in up to seven (7) days in advance. Starting Sunday, November 10, 2019 see Wild Horse Pass Poker Room for details. Registration opens at 2:30PM on Thursday, November 14, 2019 and will continue through the re-entry period on Saturday, November 16, 2019. a. Flight A will take place on Thursday, November 14, 2019, beginning at 4PM. b. Flight B will take place on Friday, November 15, 2019, beginning at 10AM. c. Final day will be Saturday, November 16, 2019, beginning at 10AM.

4. This tournament is limited to 250 players per day. Late entries and re-entries will be allowed until the end of the first break if available. Surrendering of chip stack will be allowed. Each flight will play down to 15% of the field.

5. The first 400 guests to enter will receive a gift card valued at $40 for a free one month membership to AdvancedPokerTraining.com, provided by AdvancedPokerTraining.com.

6. The tournament will be played out until a First Place Winner has been declared, or a deal is agreed upon by all remaining players who are “in the money.”

7. When playing at the final table, two (2) or more players eliminated on the same hand will receive prize money according to their chip count prior to the elimination hand. When playing hand for hand at different tables, two (2) players eliminated on the same hand will split the prize money involved.

8. Registration will take place up to the starting time for this tournament. Any seats remaining after the start of this tournament may be sold up until the end of the first break.

9. If for any reason, the buy-ins and re-entries don’t reach the guaranteed amount, the additional funds will come from the Promotional Jackpot Fund.

10. Management reserves the right to stop selling seats short of the scheduled start time to insure an even number of seats at all tables.

11. The tournament prize pool will contain 100% of all tournament buy-ins and re-entries.

12. In the event a player does not have enough chips for the Big Blind and the Ante, the Ante will be posted first and the remaining chips, if any, will then go to the Big Blind.

By accepting prizes, winners agree that GRGE, their affiliates and agents, will have no liability and will be held harmless by winners for any liability, loss, injury or damage to property or to person, due in whole or in part, directly, or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes or participation in this promotion event. All winners shall be responsible for payment of any applicable taxes, licenses, registrations, or other imposed fees, on prize(s) won. Winners will be subject to all applicable taxes before release of prize, including back-up withholding if necessary. By participation in the promotion event, winners consent to the use of their names and/or likenesses for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Participants agree that the decisions of GRGE related to this promotion event and all drawings are final. Patron disputes, in which there is a refusal of paid winnings involving at least $500.00 will be referred to the Tribal Gaming Office (TGO) in compliance with the Compact and Gaming Ordinance. In the event of a procedural dispute, the decision of a Gila River Gaming Enterprise management staff shall be final. Management reserves the right to alter, amend, edit or withdraw this promotion at any time, without prior notice (subject to prior approval from the TGO). Management reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to discredit the integrity of the promotion through abuse, fraud or other exploitation of the official rules. For every $400 in the prize pool, one (1) seat entry will be awarded in the $100,000 Guaranteed Ante Up Poker Tournament on Thursday, November 14, 2019 or Friday, November 15, 2019 to the winners of each satellite tournament. Any remaining cash will be awarded to the first non-qualifying player based on their finish.

5. Late entries and re-entries will be available until the end of the first break. Surrendering of chip stack will be allowed.

6. The tournament will be played out until all remaining players have won a tournament seat or unless a deal is agreed upon by all players who are “in the money.”

7. When playing at the final table, two (2) or more players eliminated on the same hand will receive prize money according to their chip count prior to the elimination hand. When playing “hand for hand” at different tables, two (2) or more players eliminated on the same hand will split the prize money involved.

8. Registration will take place up to the starting time for this tournament. Any seats remaining after the start of the tournament may be sold up until the end of the first break.

The $400 for the winner’s entry will be transmitted to the cage, and added to the total prize pool of the $100,000 Guaranteed Ante Up Poker Tournament scheduled to take Thursday, November 14, 2019 through Saturday, November 16, 2019. “Single Table Shootouts” will be limited to a minimum of 8 players with a maximum of 10 players.

5. Early bird chips in the amount of $500 will be distributed to players who are playing live from 8:30AM–9:30AM and a second $500 chip for live play from 9:30AM–10:30AM.

6. The house will add $2,500 from the Player’s Promotional Fund to the prize pool.

7. T-Shirts will be given out to the first 250 guests to enter.

8. Re-buys and late entries will be available until the end of the first break. Surrendering of chip stack will not be allowed.
