Created in 2011 as part of AccorHotels Group’s modernization of its budget

brands, ibis budget represents the entry-level range among the ibis brands.

First and foremost smart, ibis budget offers comfortable and modern spaces,

giving priority to comfort and a warm welcome from friendly staff.

The guest rooms’ configuration to accommodate two, three or more people, plus

the all-you-care-to-eat breakfast, allows travelers to optimize costs and enjoy

ibis comfort at the best rate.

Ibis budget also places great importance on interior design. In 2017, to offer an

enjoyable guest experience, the brand launched a new guest room designed to

provide a greater level of comfort.

Ibis, ibis Styles, ibis budget and HotelF1 form AccorHotels Group’s budget

    brands.

  • Fun and contemporary

To adapt to new guest needs, the public areas at ibis

budget hotels are completely open-plan. Why? To

allow everyone to use the space as they like, take a

    break, relax or work.

The great accessibility between the various

reception areas, breakfast room and eateries allows

guests to make their way around the hotel easily and

    intuitively.

The decor makes guests smile by “communicating”

with them, providing directions in a humorous, light-

    hearted spirit.

This fun and contemporary approach is

underscored by a palette of soft blues and grays with

a few touches of flashier hues. The use of light-toned

wood provides style and a gentle feel to the overall

decor, enhancing the sense of well-being at the

    hotel.

  • Created by designer Didier Versavel, the new ibis

budget guest room is a small revolution in super-

budget hospitality. In both its comfort level and its

refined design, this new room is a success!

Designed around flexibility, fluidity and well-

being, the new room aims first and foremost to

provide the same quality of experience whether a

guest is sleeping alone, whether there are one, two

or three people sharing a room. To this end, the

former bunkbed configuration has been replaced by

a double bed accompanied by a fold-away bed

featuring the Sweet BedTM by ibis budget concept.

Thanks to its bed, which is the centerpiece of this

new layout, the room is versatile and can be

adapted for different uses according to the time of

day. It can have a living room or bedroom

configuration depending on the placement of the

    pillows.

Four new color schemes, all more dynamic and

modern than before, enhance a design based on the

    clever use of space.

Astutely modernized and featuring a flat-screen TV,

reading lamps and handy storage space (coat rack

and shelving integrated into the decor, and a bed

height designed to allow suitcase storage

underneath), this new room is the perfect example of

the brand’s commitment to offering guests an

    optimized experience.

Several new bathroom decors have also been

created. The shower stall is spacious and well-lit, as

is the guest room that is adorned with designer

    accessories.

  • In 2017, the AccorHotels Group

    launched the AccorLocal program*.

AccorLocal is about opening hotels to

    local communities by giving them

access to a range of services which

were only for clients with overnight stays

until now, such as: access to F&B,

access to the gym or spa, and also new

    services developed with partners for

    yoga classes, cooking classes or

    birthday events for children.

    *available in France only.

    Thanks to the AccorLocal mobile

application and the website, the Group’s

objective is to truly anchor its hotels at a

local level as a dynamic living place for

travelers as much as for locals. To

achieve this, the group blends the

easyness of digital platforms with the

    hoteliers know-how and local knowledge

to offer to local communities and its

hotels a new way to interact together.

ibis budget Marseille Prado Parc des Expositions recently made the hotel car park available to non-residents.

Anyone can now reserve a parking space via the AccorLocal app and safely leave their vehicle in the hotel’s

car park. Open and accessible 24/7, it’s an alternative solution for those who want to park their vehicle in a

    secure, covered space.

The hotel offers parking by the hour or the day.

    • Hourly parking from €1.50

    • 24-hour parking from €12

The brand invites smart travelers to explore the

    European capitals.

  • acting for positive hospitality

Launched in 2011 by AccorHotels Group, Planet 21

provides a framework for the Group’s environmental

policy aimed at offering positive hospitality.

The Group has set ambitious goals for 2020 in four

    strategic areas:

    • Act with employees

    • Engage our guests

    • Co-innovate with our partners

    • Work hand-in-hand with local communities

Two key areas of action complete this initiative:

    F&B and buildings.

As part of its Planet 21 commitment, ibis budget

    Porte d’Aubervilliers now has beehives!

The hotel’s bees produce “house-made” honey,

which is served to guests at breakfast and is

available for sale to hotel guests and non-residents

    via the AccorLocal app.

With this initiative, the installation of hives at or near

a hotel ensures an ultra-local honey distribution

network and allows the hotel to offer guests a

    healthful, high-quality product while helping

    safeguard biodiversity.
