Born in Amsterdam in 2010, THNK is the answer to an increasingly uncertain and volatile world—a world where highly innovative and intuitive leaders are being called upon to solve some of the biggest organizational and societal challenges. THNK’s programs blend the critical thinking and systems tactics of a business school with the experiential, humanist approach of a design school. The results are innovation and leadership building processes that deliver new insights and scalable concepts to broaden the solution space for participants and innovation partners alike.

Many leaders and their organizations share a growing desire for reinvention, more effective leadership tools, an opportunity to reboot, and better work-life balance. THNK’s Creative Leadership program sees this desire as an optimistic new departure point. We select established leaders in their 30s, 40s, and 50s from around the world to participate in our six month executive leadership program. Here’s what to expect:

WHAT YOU GETTHNK’s Creative Leadership program brings together a curated selection of successful global leaders from the corporate, governmental, commercial, and social worlds. THNK believes this diversity breeds cross-pollination: of ideas, of knowledge, of impact.

From day one, participants dive into an intense and integrated curriculum facilitated by master practitioners and professional executive coaches. The result is a visceral experience with a new peer group, internalized knowledge of the THNK methodology to drive innovation and breakthrough change, and the spirit to implement new ideas in new ways.
