• Renee Wroten for Pamela Owens who was delayed in returning home by the weather conditions in North Carolina

• Chris Overbey for Valerie Unger and her three children on the passing of her husband, Brian, from liver failure

• Brad Speed for our youth group, specifically that the seeds planted in their recent retreats will grow

• Belle Watson for Dr. Ron Rogers who is in ICU on a ventilator

• Brad & Jamie Speed for their daughter, Braie, who is a gymnast and was to have x-rays of her shin for possible stress fractures

• Rocio Wang in thanksgiving that the immigration process for her and Weilin is back on track and ready to finalize the dates

• Brad & Jamie Speed for Sam Swann and others in our church family who are in the military

• David Norred for Steve Lara who has cancer of the gall bladder which has spread to his liver

• Jerry Chrisner for his sister, Jewel, who was taken to Scott & White Hospital in Temple with heart failure

• Renee Giron needs prayers and encouragement as she deals with health issues, loneliness and depression

• Joy Smith is now home from the hospital and receiving in-home rehab

• Milton Libby for safety on a trip he and Alice are taking

• David Norred for Bill Souza who his traveling to Tennessee with his 90 year old mother and his brother who has cancer to see his sister who is under hospice care with cancer

• Kody Speer for his father, Wayne Speer, who was hospitalized in Abilene with sepsis from a bacterial infection, but is now back home in Munday

• Lowell Adams is now home from the hospital • Hershel Craig, Sr. had heart stint surgery last week

• Karen Smith is doing well following an appendectomy

Youth Super Bowl Party for all 6 - 12th grade students is next Sunday, February 7th, from 5:00 - 9:30 p.m. on the 4th floor. Bring a snack to share. Invite a friend to come out to enjoy games, a devotional and the big game.

• “You’re Out of This World!” Couples Valentine’s Dinner is this Saturday, February 6th. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Saturday night. You will receive an email with more details this week. If you have registered and not paid, please drop your payment in the box today

• “Let’s Rock!” is our Family February theme. All K - 5th grade families will meet in the Fellowship Hall beginning next Sunday morning at 9:15 a.m.

• Sign up at www.mackidz.org to teach our kids in the spring quarter. Sign-ups have begun!

• Family February Class will begin next Sunday, February 7th, at 9:15 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall for all K - 5th grade students and your parents

 • February Family Breakfast will be served each

Sunday from 8:15 - 9:00 a.m. beginning next Sunday. February 7th. All families with preschool - 5th grade students are invited to breakfast. Suggested donation is $2 per person

• Parents, see the information in this bulletin about our special PROJECT PEW program plans for your children on February 28th and March 6th

Important Schedule InformationThe year long Pew Project will officially come to an end with the two week installation of the pews and new carpet beginning February 27th. On the Sundays of February 28 and March 6 we will have two morning assemblies at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Bible classes will remain at the regular 9:15 - 10:15 a.m. time slot although the meeting place for the auditorium class will temporarily change. There will be no 6:00 p.m. assembly on those dates. 

• There will be Bible Hour (1st - 5th grade), SPARKS (three year olds - Kinder), nursery, toddler and two-year-old care for the 10:30 a.m. assembly only, and it will be for the full hour; we are encouraging families with children to attend the 10:30 a.m. assembly• We are requesting families without small children and others to attend the 8:00 a.m. assembly

By doing this, we hope to provide adequate seating at the two assemblies for everyone. Next week (on February 7th) we will repeat this information during the worship announcements and ask you to indicate on your attendance card which of the two assemblies you or your family will attend. This will help the staff to see the projected attendance numbers at each of the assemblies and make adjustments as necessary.

Mental Wellness SeminarThursday night, February 18th, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Do you know someone who suffers with mental wellness issues? This workshop is to share information on available resources to friends and family members, with special presentations about anxiety disorders or behavioral health issues in children. MissionsDuring September we contributed toward EEM’s efforts to place Bibles in schools, libraries and the hands of those desperate to read God’s Word. EEM was successful in raising a total of $2,360,398.32. Now we need to pray for the distribution of the Bibles.
