Online Employee Orientation

This online presentation is designed for part-time workers and student workers benefits-eligible employees who do not work on

campus or who are out of state (virtual) employees who want to review the orientation

material as a refresher

New benefits-eligible staff and faculty are urged to attend an instructor-led session of New Employee Orientation within two weeks of their hire date.

Arizona law requires that all state employees receive a public service orientation that covers policies and laws relating to the proper conduct of business for a public employee.

ASU Information Security

All ASU employees are required to complete the information security training within 30 days of employment. This online, self-paced class shows you how to protect ASU data and information systems from harm.

The course includes a presentation and a quiz, which may take 30 minutes to complete. You must answer 12 of 15 quiz questions correctly to earn credit for the course.

You will need your ASURITE UserID to be able to log into My ASU to access the training.

Fire Safety & Prevention Training

All ASU faculty and staff, including part-time employees and student workers, who work on campus must attend an instructor-led session of Fire Safety and Prevention training within 90 days of employment.

You will need your ASURITE UserID to be able to log in to the Learning Management System (LMS) to register for a specific session.
