Drug Discovery Project Leader in Neuropsychiatry

We are looking for a highly-motvated scientfc leader with

skills in project management and the ability to translate

emerging scientfc knowledge on Proteinopathies into novel

drug candidates for the improved treatment of Alzheimer’s,

The department is committed to implementing quantitative inquiry-based methods of teaching and laboratory experiences for undergraduate students, both for specifedclasses and individualized independent research experiences. The candidate should be prepared todevelop and implement discovery-based introductory courses in biology thatwill complement similarcourses already offered in the department. The department is currently comprised of 20 researchand 9 lecturer faculty members.

Candidates should possess an earned doctorate by the time of application in the feld of biology,including genetics, molecular biology, or an allied area.
