    1.  The  entry  and  exit  Fmes  and  work  hours  of  exhibitors  and  those  engaged  in  booth  work  are  as  shown  in  the  table  above.   

                 In  principle,  entry  and  exit  Fmes  shall  be  within  the  prescribed  Fme.  2.      If  the  work  does  not  end  within  the  prescribed  Fme,  submit  an  overFme  work  report  to  the  Show  Management  Office.               APer  the  exhibiFon,  the  office  will  charge  the  overFme  fee  from  the  Show  Management  Office.               The  overFme  fee  will  be  the  following  amount.    【¥20,000/1h    (incl.  8%  consumpFon  tax)  】  3.  APer  the  end  of  the  exhibiFon,  please  remove  the  exhibiFng  booth  used  by  each  person  promptly.                Please  do  all  work  so  that  you  can  leave  the  building  by  16:00  May  10th  (Thu).

    1.  Please  fill  out  and  submit  the  move-‐‑‒in  and  move-‐‑‒out  vehicle          application  form  in  the  exhibition  confirmation  form(Form  No.1)  .2.  In  case  of  in  and  out  damage  at  the  period  of  move-‐‑‒in  and  move-‐‑‒out,  the          Show  Management  Office  will  charge  the  expenses  required  for  repair  at  a          later  date.3.  Please  prepare  a  carry  cart  by  yourself.4.  Please  be  careful  not  to  damage  the  facilities  of  the  venue,  exhibited          products  of  other  companies,  exhibition  booth  etc.  during  work.5.  The  Show  Management  Office  is  not  responsible  for  the  theft,  loss,damage,          etc.  of  exhibited  products.6.  All  articles  left  in  the  hall  including  in  the  aisles  will  be  regarded  as  waste          material  and  disposed  without  prior  notice  to  the  exhibitor.  The  disposal          costs  will  be  charged  to  the  exhibitor  after  the  exhibition.

    ■Move  in/  outBecause  there  are  restrictions  on  move-‐‑‒in  /  move-‐‑‒out  at  the  convenience  of  facilities,  we  ask  for  your  cooperation.1.  Please  fill  in  the  prescribed  column  of  【Form  ①  Confirma(on  of  Exhibi(on  ]    and  submit  it.

    6.  Unpacking  and  packing  of  exhibits

    Please  unpack  and  pack  within  the  booth  of  your  company.

    4.  Move-‐‑‒in/  out  during  the  Exhibition

    As  a  rule,  carrying  in  and  taking  out  of  products  during  the  exhibition  cannot  be  performed.  In  case  of  emergency  such  as  when  a  product  is  broken  and  exchange  is  required,  please  consult  with  the  Show  Management  Office.

    5.  Official  Forwarder

    For  the  transport  of  exhibits  and  handling  customs  clearance,  Yamato  Transport  Fukuoka  Main  Branch  Service  Center.  has  been  appointed  as  the  official  forwarder  and  will  provide  you  the  complete  transportation  up  to  the  booth  as  well  as  labor  for  on-‐‑‒site  handling.

  • Sec.5  Precautions  in  the  Exhibition  Hall

    1.  Exhibits

    1.  Exhibits  shall  be  consistent  with  the  purpose  of  holding  this  exhibition.2.  For  goods  that  are  deemed  to  be  hindrance  to  the  operation  of  the  exhibition,              we  may  restrict  or  prohibit  exhibits  /  decoration  of  the  exhibition.

    2.  How  to  advertise  Exhibitors

    1.  Exhibitors  can  distribute  pamphlets,  catalogs,  product  samples,  etc.  in            company  booths.          However,  it  can  not  be  sold.2.  For  use  of  microphones,  speakers,  AV  equipment,  etc.,  please  make  sure  that          the  volume  does  not  cause  trouble  for  other  exhibitors.        In  the  unlikely  event  that  would  cause  trouble  for  other  exhibitors,  exhibits  /          demonstrations  may  be  canceled  from  the  Show  Management  Office.3.  Exhibitors  shall  strive  to  maintain  the  order  of  this  exhibition  and  improve  the          quality  and  credibility.        Person  in  charge  should  always  reside  in  the  booth,  deal  with  visitors  and          manage  the  exhibits.

    3.  Security  of  Exhibits

    The  Show  Management  will  not  be  responsible  for  any  loss  incurred  by  natural  disasters,  theft,  and  loss  of  equipment.  It  is  highly  recommended  that  each  exhibitor  to  take  necessary  measures,  i.e.  obtain  an  insurance  policy  for  the  booth,  or  station  own  security  guard(s)  in  the  booth,  etc.  The  exhibitors  are  requested  to  take  any  necessary  procedures  to  manage  visitors  and  to  maintain  the  booth  as  well.  In  the  event  of  accident,  please  notify  the  Show  Management  Office  immediately.

    4.  Safety  Considerations

    If  there  is  a  risk  of  damaging  the  human  body  by  demonstration,  please  take  sufficient  protective  measures  in  advance.  Also,  please  refer  to  the  following  points  regarding  contractor  safety  and  fire,  and  take  appropriate  measures.

    ◇  Attach  protective  equipment  suitable  for  work  (helmet,  safety  belt,  gloves,          safety  shoes,  light  shielding  glasses  etc),  thoroughly  dress  correctly※  Please  be  sure  to  wear  a  helmet  when  working  exhibition  decorations          (setting  /  removing),  not  limited  to  high  place  work,  based  on  the  venue          regulations.

    6.  Eating  and  Drinking  in  The  Booth

    For  food  and  drink  provision,  catering,  etc.  to  visitors  at  booths  other  than  tasFng  and  brought  in  bringing  in,  please  contact  below.  ※  Sun  Palace  is  also  in  charge  of  catering  at  the  internaFonal  conference  hall  

    Smoking  is  only  permitted  in  the  designated  smoking  area.

    Even  if  a  call  from  the  outside  during  the  exhibition,  "calling  inside  broadcasting"  we  will  do  not  do  it  because  it  will  be  annoying  to  others.

    9.  Official  language

    The  event  will  be  in  English  as  the  official  language  as  an  internaFonal  conference.  Please  prepare  exhibits,  explanaFons  and  display  panels  etc  in  English.  Also,  please  consider  placement  of  explanatory  staff  who  can  respond  in  English  at  the  exhibiFon  booth.

  • Sec.6  Booth  Regulation

    1.  Booth  specifications

    ○1  booth:    3m  x  3m  (  9sqm  ),  space  only○Exhibit  space  will  be  provided  with  floor  markings.  There  will  be  no  booth  fittings.  

         Please  decorate  your  respective  booths  at  your  own  expense.    ○At  minimum,  the  following  items  in  booth  spaces  must  be  facilitated:  ・Carpeting    ・Dividing  walls,  2.7m  high  (partitions  to  neighboring  booths)      ・Exhibitor  NameAs  an  option,  【FORM  ②  Package  Booth  Rental】  is  available.  Please  refer  to  Package  Booth  Rental  Section  (See  P.17).○Power  supply  (primary  side  electric  trunk  line)  construction  We  will  install  electrical  wires  and  switches  or  outlets  up  to  the  specified  position.

    ◇  Booth:  3.0  x  3.0  m  (  9sqm  )

  • Sec.6  Booth  Regulation

    2.  Regulations  on  Booth  Decoration

    1.  Each  exhibitor's  exhibition  design  is  freedom,  but  there  are  restrictions  depending  on  the  structure  of  the  venue,  equipment,  fire  rule  laws,  etc.2.  Avoid  exhibits  decorations  that  would  be  inconvenient  to  the  surrounding  exhibitors.3.  Height  restriction  of  exhibition  decoration  shall  be  up  to  3.6  m  for  4  booths  or  more  and  up  to  2.7  m  for  1-‐‑‒3  booths.4.  Regarding  all  exhibitors'  booths,  there  is  no  provision  of  setback.5.  As  a  open  structure  requirement  for  booth  exhibitors  ,  when  constructing  a  structure  (wall  surface,  etc.)  at  the  booth  and  passage  boundary,  the  width  shall  be  within  2/3  of  one  passage  surface  of  the  current  booth.

    Please  make  the  remaining  1/3  a  structure  that  is  open.  (See  ex.1)

    6.  Two-‐‑‒story  structure  is  prohibited.

    7.  Ceiling  and  roofing  in  booths  is  prohibited.

    8.  Fill  out  the  necessary  information  such  as  the  name  of  the  contractor  entrusting  the  booth  decoration,  to  "FORM  NO.1",  and  submit  it  to  Accost  Corporation  before  April  2  (Mon).Exhibitors  with  more  than  4  booths  must  attach  a  plan/elevation  (If  there  is  a  completed  expected  figure,  attach  it  as  well).

    9.  Use  of  anchor  bolts  is  prohibited.

    5.  As  a  open  structure  requirement  for  booth  exhibitors  ,  when  constructing  a  structure  (wall  surface,  etc.)  at  the  booth  and  passage  boundary,  the  width  shall  be  within  2/3  of  one  passage  surface  of  the  current  booth.

  • 10.  Please  consult  us  when  installing  heavy  objects.

    11.  It  is  not  possible  to  move  the  location  of  the  booth's  stamp  done  by  the  Show  Management  Office  without  permission.During  the  booth  construction  and  moving  of  the  materials,  please  pay  attention  not  to  damage  any  of  the  hall  facilities,  electrical  equipment,  telephones,  city  water  supplies,  and/or  other  exhibitors'  decorations/  exhibits,  etc.    The  exhibitor  who  incurred  the  damages  will  be  deemed  responsible,  and  will  be  requested  to  repair  the  damage  immediately  at  the  exhibitorsʼ’  expense.

    12.  Decorative  materials  used  in  the  conference  center  are  obliged  to  use  the  flameproof  materials  specified  by  the  Fire  Service  Law.

    13.  Plywood  and  printed  veneer  must  be  fire-‐‑‒resistant,  irrespective  of  the  thickness.

    14.  When  pasting  thick  cloth  and/or  frilled  paper  on  the  fire-‐‑‒resistant  veneer  for  decorative  purposes,  those  pasted  materials  must  also  be  fire  resistant.  However,  in  case  of  thin  paper,  wall  paper,  etc.,  this  rule  does  not  apply.  

    15.  When  flammable  decorative  materials  are  used  such  as  flag(s),  banner(s),  clot,  carpet(s),  artificial  lawn(s),  etc.,  must  be  bearing  labels  indicates  that  they  have  been  given  fire-‐‑‒resistant  treatments  must  be  used.  No  other  materials  will  be  permitted  for  decoration.

    16.  Since  it  is  nearly  impossible  to  fire-‐‑‒resistant  petrochemical  products  such  as  foamed  poly-‐‑‒styrene  (plastic  flowers,  urethane,  acetate,  polyester,  acrylic,  nylon,  etc.),  such  materials  must  not  be  used.  

    17.  When  carpeting,  use  only  lightly  glued  double-‐‑‒sided  adhesive  tapes.  Do  not  use  any  permanent  glues  or  other  strong  adhesives.

    18.  Carpets  and  curtains  shall  also  be  fire-‐‑‒proofed  and  bearing  “Fire  resistant  labels.”

    3.  Conditions  for  Approval  of  Prohibited  Acts,  and  Notification

    1.  In  accordance  with  the  Fire  Regulations,  the  use  of  fire  or  bringing  in  hazardous  materials  specified  in  the  Disaster  Prevention  Guide  is  prohibited.  However,  if  these  are  necessary  for  the  demonstration  of  the  exhibits,  etc.  a  minimum  quantity  /  use  may  be  approved  by  the  Fire  Station.  

    2.  Please  see  below  and  submit  【FORM  ⑦  Use  of  Fire/Hazardous  Materials  】  to  Accost  Corporation  by  April  2  when  necessary.  

    4.  Electricity  Supply

    1.  One  main  switch  will  be  installed  to  booth  (regardless  the  number  of  booth  units)  according  to  the  location  request  by  the  exhibitor  on  the  FORM.

    ○  Electricity  Supply

    1.  The  electric  method  is  AC  single  layer  100V  and  AC  three  phase  200V.

    2.  When  leaving  your  booth  during  the  exhibitor's  preparation  period  and  the  exhibition  period,  be  sure  to  turn  off  the  power  to  the  distribution  board  and  switch  board  in  the  booth.In  the  case  that  electricity  is  needed  other  than  the  above  period,  i.e.  24-‐‑‒hour  supply,  is    required,  please  request  it  in  writing  on  the  FORM  NO.3  to  Accost  Corporation  by  April  2  .

    3.  For  the  electricity  supplied  at  the  outlet,  power  transmission  will  be  stopped  at  the  Show  Management  Office.

    3.  All  workers  engaged  in  electrical  works  must  be  licensed  as  "Class  1  electrical  service  staff"  under  the  Electric  Work  Specialist  Act.

    The  Show  Management  Office  can  not  assume  the  responsibility  if  the  demonstration,  the  exhibit,  the  various  equipment,  etc.  are  damaged  due  to  power  supply  malfunction  or  power  failure  due  to  accident  or  voltage  drop.In  order  to  prevent  damage  due  to  accidents,  please  give  adequate  protection  measures  for  demonstration.

    1.  Package  Booth  Rental

    The  Show  Management  Office  prepares  a  "package  booth".

    In  addition,  optional  decorations  (additional  charge)  is  available.

    To  order,  please  submit  【FORM  ②  Package  Booth  Rental  /  Options】  to  Accost  Corporation  by  April  2.

    1.  The  wall  of  the  package  booth  is  a  wall  panel  of  Octanorm  System.Walls  will  be  basically  white,  but  we  will  prepare  color  sheets  for  walls  at  addition  charge,  so  please  consult  us.

    2.  You  can  choose  one  type  of  punch  carpet  from  a  color  sample.      (see    Attachment)

    3.  Package  booth  equips  the  minimum  facilities.*  Charges  will  not  be  changed  even  if  the  lease  equipment  and  the  display  stand  included  in  the  package  booth  are  reduced.

    4.  If  you  wish  to  designate  a  designated  typeface  logo  etc,  it  will  be  need      extra  cost,  so  please  contact  the  construction  office  below.※  Base  is  white,  text  color  is  black,  unified  typeface  is  gothic  style.※  The  amount  of  the  designated  typeface  logo  etc.  will  be  10000  yen  ~∼.※  If  you  wish  for  other,  please  write  on  that  on  the  application  form.    We  will  contact  you  separately.(charged)
