The SELVEX Block Cutter is an equipment designed for the cutting of wheel in loins. These loins could then be guided toward a portioning machine to be cut in slices or in blocks. The Weighing / Labelling Module enables to label your products depen-ding on their weight. So it is possible to write on it the prices per kilo or the weights in addition to the usual informations. The module is com-posed of a Checkweigher TG3A and a laying/printing Labelling Machine. So the labels are printed upon request, at each passing of a product on the weighing conveyor. Then they are laid on your product by an appro-priate applicator.
