What Is A Baseline?

A “baseline” is what we refer to as the ability to gather maturity and performance data across all of your teams at once to gain insights of your teams current state and identify strengths and areas for improvement.

Baseline data helps inform investment decisions and enables you to maximize, targeted areas of focus (i.e.; coaching, training, etc.)

Rollout Models For AgilityHealth® & CIA- Coaching Support Model

• Rollout AH to support hands-on coaches

• Assess a group of teams that will receive coaching

target teams• Scope is limited to the capacity

of coaching• Example: 5 – 10 teams at a time

based on coaching capacity

B- Scalable Enablement Model

• Rollout AH to enable teams to help themselves through their team leaders

• Assess a larger number of teams and identify patterns

• Identify target areas to focus on• Use data to drive improvements• Leverage CI teams to remove

obstacles (leaders, managers, SMs, coaches, tech leaders)

• Scope is broader and scalable• Example: 50-100 teams = 2-3 week
