The Wild Garden is a concept that was born in the turn of the 20th centuryas a counterweight for gardens demanding constantly intensive care. Theplants planted in the wild garden are plants from the nature or other plantsthat do need not care.
It is new that land owned by the county is to be prepared and developed byprivate funds. The wild garden will be born to bring joy to all of us. Thearea will be improved to the state of the surrounding and create it to a placewhere you can familiarize with the fauna round The Gulf of Finland. At thesame time the connection between peoples will strengthen. One target is tomake the forest a natural part of the already existing Eugen Schaumanenglish style park as one could say like in “Die Zauberflöte” the flute willstart to play a melody which little by little connects in the main thema towhich together forms a unity. This is the goal of the wild garden.
First goal is to make the forest into a nice shape and order at May 2007. Atthat time begins the events for honour of the hundreds years anniversary ofthe birth of Kulosaari community.
