The Problem
The problem is that the vine has no water to the roots and without water to the roots the vine will die.
The roots extend onto Osmond Terrace and out onto Norwood Oval which prevents water from getting to the roots.
We can’t dig up the oval or the road to water it so we came up with a solution that just might work.

The Solution
The first thing we do is invest in some subservice irrigation pipes that would go under our classrooms.
After the subsurface irrigation pipes are in place, we make a way that waste water can flow through.
The waste water that flows through the classrooms will go to the vine and keep it hydrated.
Rain water will be a big help too so we thought of making some holes, that are covered in mesh, and will flow through the pipes to the vine.
