- How is the day of a working girl at a management position?

I really see no disadvantages to hold a management position, altought it's true that there are some risky tasks in the management of every area and all the people involved in. Your career goals are achieved both collective and individual, by making people who works for you to feel comfortable and confident working together as a big team.

- How do you manage to join you work and your personal life? Have you had any problem with any of the duties you have had to face?

The truth is I try to optimize all the time I have with all the tasks due to my responsibility, so I primarily prioritize them. I try to develop my work within the hours devoted to it, and not move my professional responsibilities to my familiar time.

- Como es un dia en la vida de una mujer en un puesto de direccion?

No veo desventajas de ser mujer en un puesto de responsabilidad, aunque es cierto que hay algunas tareas delicadas, en lo que se refiere a conocer cada parcela que diriges y todas las personas a tu cargo. Es muy importante alcanzar los objetivos y ser firme, pero a la vez conseguir que todos se sientan comodos y sentir que forman parte de un gran equipo.

- Como concilias tu vida personal con tu vida laboral?

La verdad es que trato de optimizar el tiempo del que dispongo, asi que lo principal para mi es priorizar las tareas. Y sobre todo, desarrollar mi trabajo en su momento, evitando trabajar en mis horas de tiempo libre.

- For a working girl like you, it's easy to see how important is to take care of your image while working, and that your style always has to be the right one. What is your secret to be perfect at every minute?

I believe that there is no secret to make you feel you are perfect, other than feeling good with yourself. But if I had to tell what is the reason that makes me feel good about my own image throughout the day, I would say that to have proper clothing is my best trick. It's very important to have the clothes that make you feel comfortable in all situations in your day, so that you can give the best of both working hours and your spare time, without having to give up to feel comfortable at every moment. Zarzaparrilla clothing absolutely gives me this.

I find it very funny go shopping, and finding lovely dresses and appetizers as good as necklaces and belts and shoes and hats and bags. If something suits me, I definitely choose it!

To me it's now impossible to put aside fashion and work. They are going together to the same way, because fashion makes my job easier and makes me more self-confident.

- Para una chica trabajadora debe ser facil darse cuenta de la importancia de su imagen. Cual es tu secreto para estar perfecta cada minuto?

Yo creo que no hay secretos, mas alla de sentirse a gusto con una misma. Pero si tuviera que contar lo que me hace sentir bien de mi imagen, diria que poder disponer de la ropa adecuada es mi principal truco. Es esencial tener vestidos que se adapten a cada situacion en tu dia a dia, para poder dar lo mejor de ti tanto en tu trabajo como en tu tiempo libre. Y la ropa de Zarzaparrilla cumple a la perfeccion con este objetivo.

Me encanta ir de compras y encontrar vestidos y accesorios especiales. Si algo me sienta bien, ni me lo pienso!

Para mi es imposible separar moda y trabajo, porque la moda me ayuda a sentirme confiada en mi dia a dia laboral.
