DEPUTY PM CALLS FOR HALAL LABELLING

In a recent news article it has emereged that halal food are not being clearly la-belled. What’s more is MP’s have reject-ed an attempt to force anywhere selling food to clearly label products as halal. Things like breads and cererals which are actually halal have little or no label-ling on food packaging to indicate this fact. Deupty Prime Minster Nick Clegg told the Sikh Channel, food that is halal should be clearly labelled, “where infor-mation can be provided, it should be.”
