The EFET legal workshop is an intensive, across-the-board training seminar for delegates currently using, as well as delegates now desiring to become familiar with, the EFET General Agreements Concerning the Delivery and Acceptance of Electric Power and Natural Gas. The workshop is specifically essential for

energy trading lawyers (both in-house and in private practice), traders and front office personnel, contract negotiators, contracts administration managers, risk and credit managers and treasury personnel responsible for collateral administration who are active in the European energy markets.

You will benefit from this workshop by learning the key procedures, documents and issues involved in trading power, natural gas and emissions allowances throughout Europe. Furthermore, you will get hands on information to use each of EFET’s template trading, collateralization, netting and related ancillary agreements and form documents.

Dr. Birgit Kunze is a German and English qualified lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in the energy trading market. After spending several years in the legal department of RWE Supply & Trading, Birgit joined the legal and compliance department of Morgan Stanley where she was an Executive Director. Birgit joined Nord Pool AS as Senior Legal Counsel in October 2015. Nord Pool AS is Europe’s largest organized market place for power trading.
