INT. GARRETTS HOUSE - DAY

Garrett (early 20s) stands in front of a window to his front

yard with his girlfriend Anna (early 20s). In the front yarda car pulls up.

ANNAHow do I know that this will be thelast time?

Garrett looks into Annas eyes.

He places a ring into her hand.

He hugs her, grabs a bag, and heads out the front door.

EXT. GARRETTS HOUSE - DAY

Garrett makes his way into the car.

INT. CLARENCES CAR - DAY

Inside of the car is Garretts robbery Gang. Clarence(mid-thirties) is driving the car. Jesus (late twenties) isriding shotgun. Richard (late 40s) is seated next toGarrett.

Clarence starts driving off.

CLARENCEYou good?

GARRETTYeah man my heart is fuckingracing.

Garrett puts his hand on his own chest to feel his heartbeating.

RICHARDNervous?

GARRETTNope. Just proposed to my wife.

Jesus turns around and faces Garrett from the front seat.

JESUSAh man great to hear that.

Jesus extends a fist bump that Garrett accepts.

JESUS

We will get this over quick so youcan go be with her.

CLARENCEIs it going to effect yourperformance?

JESUSOf course it-

CLARENCE(cutting Jesus off)

Let Garrett speak for himself.

GARRETTWith all of the adrenaline pumpingthrough my veins I cant imaginebeing effected negatively.

CLARENCEI just want to know that you wontmess up the plan.

DISSOLVE TO:

INT. COFFEE SHOP - DAY

GARRETT (V.O.)It would be difficult to mess upthe plan that we had pulled morethan half a dozen times.

Richard is sitting down with a newspaper sipping a cup ofcoffee.

A man in business attire makes his way into the coffee shoplike he owns the place. He is speaking on the phone.

THE TARGET(into phone)

Phillip dont give me that shit.Just do it or else I will fire youand make sure that no else wants tohire you as an engineer.

The Target hangs up

The Target makes his way to the counter.

COFFEE BARISTAWhat can I get for you today?

THE TARGET

Ill take the pumpkin spicecappuccino.

COFFEE BARISTASir that special was only throughthe months of October and November.We now have the peppermint-

THE TARGET(cutting her off)

Go back where you keep all of youringredients and grab whateverpumpkin spice powder or whatever

the hell it is and put it into acappuccino.

COFFEE BARISTASir we dont have any pumpkin spiceleft.

THE TARGETHorseshit!

The manager of the coffee shop approaches the conversation.

THE MANAGERSir what appears to be the issue?

THE TARGETYour minimum wage employee isntgiving me the pumpkin spicecappuccino

THE MANAGERThat special ended a week ago. Wethrew what little pumpkin spicepowder we had left into the trash.

The Target turns and looks around the coffee shop in anger.

He sees Richard looking at him.

THE TARGETWhat are you looking at?

RICHARDAn asshole making a scene.

THE TARGET(chuckles)

You know... Well before I start.

May I ask what you do for a living?

RICHARDConstruction.

THE TARGET(chuckles again)

Your not even worth my time. TodayI will make more money than youwill make this month.

RICHARDI will take your word for it

The Target tries to think of a response.

The Target smiles and storms off.

Richard watches as the Target drives off noting his licenseplate.

Richard pulls out his phone and calls Clarence.

CLARENCE(Over the phone)

Who is this?

RICHARD(into phone)

Read your caller ID Clarence.

CLARENCE(over the phone)

Ah Richard how are you?

RICHARD(into phone)

I got our next target.

CLARENCE(over the phone)

Did you get his license plate?

RICHARD(into phone)

Just like every other time.

GARRETTWell after this job we will haveenough to pay for our licenses andAnnas culinary school. Give itanother month.

JESUSGreat to hear.

They reach the back door. Jesus starts to unfold a paperclip.

JESUSHand me the tension wrench.

CUT TO

Richard and Clarence are at the front door of the house.

Clarence gets ready to bash the window open when Richardsimply goes to the knob and opens the door.

CUT TO

INT. TARGETS HOUSE - DAY

Garrett and Jesus make it in through the back entrance.

A maid of the Target turns around a corner, sees Garrett andJesus and screams.

Richard and Clarence make their way inside.

CUT TO

INT. TARGETS HOUSE - SECOND STORY - DAY

The scream wakes the target up and he rushes out of bed,looks downstairs and sees the group inside of his home.

Clarence notices the Target.

CUT TO


CLARENCEJesus go get him, Roger go outsideand make sure he doesnt get out ofa window or anything crazy, Garrett

CLARENCE (contd)grab her and use a chair to lockher inside of a bathroom. Take herphone.

They all commence their duties.

Jesus runs upstairs.


He makes his way into the Targets room.

The moment Jesus gets into the room he is attacked, pinnedup against the wall, and the Target blows his brains out.

CUT TO

EXT. TARGETS HOUSE - DAY

Richard looks up and sees a bright flash from a window.

RICHARDOh shit.

He sees the target opening up a window and takes a shot athim. The bullet doesnt hit.

CUT TO


Clarence flinches from the sound of the bullet.

CLARENCEWhat the hell happened up theirJesus?

There is no response.

CLARENCE (CONTD)(to himself)

Shit.Clarence pulls his gun out and quickly up the steps withoutmaking any noise.

CLARENCEJesus?

The target takes a shot and misses.

Clarence hides behind cover.

GARRETT (O.S)What the hell is going on up there?

CLARENCE

This asshole got Jesus!

The Target runs into another room across the hall. Clarencetakes a shot but misses.

The Target looks through a window without opening it. Thelight from the sun is reflecting off of the window making itso that Richard outside cannot see the Target looking downat him.

The Target lines up his gun with Richard and takes a shothitting him in the chest.

Richard collapses.

The Target turns around and looks out the door to the roomhe is in. Clarence is nowhere in sight.

The Target quickly rushes into a separate room. Clarencepops out and shoots the Target in the arm.

The Target swings around and shoots Clarence in the chest asanother one of Clarences bullets goes through the Targetsneck.

They both collapse.

CUT TO


Everything in the house is now silent besides the sound ofthe maid crying in the restroom.

Garrett rushes upstairs.


He cautiously checks each room until he reaches the one ofwhich the Target and Clarence are dead.

Garrett is still in shock of what has just happened. Hequickly pulls all of the money out of the Targets walletand grabs the car keys off of Clarence.

Garrett sweeps through the top floor and finds a laptopcomputer and charger from the Targets room. He continuessearching around the room grabbing anything of value that hecan.

After coming to little success he decides to do a last ditch

effort and check the Targets mattress.

He luckily finds more money and quickly rushes out of thehouse.

EXT. TARGETS HOUSE - DAY

Garrett hastily gets out and sees Richards dead body.

Garrett rushes to the car and shoves everything that hestole into the cars trunk.

There are police sirens getting closer.

Garrett drives off in the opposite direction.

CUT TO

EXT. GARRETTS HOUSE - DAY

Garrett pulls up the driveway of his house and quicklyrushes inside.

INT. GARRETTS HOUSE - DAY

Once inside he quickly gives Anna a big hug.

ANNAIs everything okay?

Garrett begins to cry.

GARRETTI hope.
