UPDATE
The trash cans have been removed for the
winter season. Due to the paths not being
plowed (as per the Attorney
recommendation) the garbage cans can be
hard to access. The decision was made to
move the trash cans to the garage for the
winter and they will be returned in the
spring.
If you have an after-hours issue that can’t wait until the Association office or Management office open, we have an on-call line that will respond to you. You may call or text this number! ---------------585.210.2361------------------

WINTER
SNOW
REMOVAL Throughout the winter, CJ’s Lawncare is handling the snowplowing of
the community center parking lot as well as the maintenance garage
driveway. In addition, when more than three (3) inches of snow falls,
CJ’s will shovel the area around the mailboxes. Please assist us in
clearing the area prior to the 3 inch mark. This will ensure that your
mail can be delivered safely and promptly.

ASSOCIATION REMINDERS
CATS- Please make sure that all cats remain on the property of the
owner. There has been an uptick in cats wandering around the
association.
DOGS- When walking your dog in our community, remember that it
should be leashed. The only time the dog can be off-leash is when the
dog is on your property with you there or fenced in.
WASTE- Besides being unsightly and smelly, animal waste can be
hazardous to the health of our children who play in the community and
other pets. One of the most common forms of disease transmission
between dogs is through fecal matter.
