Crank with Hank1 DAY Instructor: Hank Stonerook Age(s): Senior Center memberJoin Hank and other active seniors on Friday bicycle rides in June and July. For all rides, you must be a Senior Center member, wear a bicycle helmet, be able to ride a bicycle, and have a bicycle in decent mechanical shape. Please contact Hank through the Senior Center if you have any questions concerning your capabilities for these rides. The rides are all weather dependent and will be canceled if conditions are poor.

June 9: This ride departs from the Westerville Depot (just east of the new library parking lot) at 9:30 a.m. We will bike along the trail to Galena for a coffee. Ride a part of the Galena brick trail across Big Walnut creek and pedal back to Westerville. This is about 16 miles round trip and mostly with a couple of short stretches on roads. We will stop for a snack in Galena, so bring some money. This ride is free.

June 23: Meet at the Senior Center to depart at 9 a.m. and ride the bus (with your bicycle) to Killbuck, Ohio. We will ride from Killbuck to Holmesville and back along the Killbuck Creek bicycle and buggy path. Amish buggies also use this trail, so watch out for little mounds on the path! We will have lunch (on your own) in Killbuck before returning to Westerville. There is a $20 fee to ride the bus to and from Killbuck.

July 14: Meet at the Senior Center to leave for the ride at 10 a.m. We will travel along the leisure trails around Westerville, about 8 to 10 miles. We will get back in time for lunch at the Senior Center or at another venue in town. This ride is free.
