Remember: silence is the guardian of secrets, and so, the sweetest sound of all is the sound of silence.

Silence is a song of the soul. Some listen to the silence in prayer,

others sing at their work, others search out it’s secrets in

quiet contemplation.


When sience enters, the sounds of the world are wiped out,

and distractions are quieted.All of life is transformed into meditation


Everything in life is a meditation in which to contemplate the Divine, and living in this way, we learn that

everything in life is a blessing. There is no more struggle, nor pain,

nor preoccupation. There is only this experience.



Breathe in every flower, fly with every bird,

find beauty and wisdom in all, for there is wisdom

wherever there is beauty. and beauty is found everywhere .

No need to look for it, for it will come to you

When you live like this, you transform all you do into meditation , and so an offering from you to your soul, and from your soul to ALL.


Washing dishes, appreciate the warmth of the water that caresses your hands. Preparing a

meal, feel the love of the universe that brought you this food, and now, as your present in

preparing this food, pour into it all the love of your being.


Breathing: Breathe in - long and deeply. Breathe out - slowly and gently. Breathe the gentle and sweet simplicity of life,

so full of energy, so full of love. It is the love of God that you breathe.


……Breathe deeply, and you can feel it.Breathe deeply, and you can feel it.Breathe very, very deeply, and love will make you weep Breathe very, very deeply, and love will make you weep

…….for joy..for joy.Because you come to know your GodBecause you come to know your God

and your God is present to youand your God is present to you in your soul.


Make of your life, and of everything that happens,

a meditation. Walk attentively. Don’t sleepwalk.


Be moved with perfection, not without it, and don’t be held back by doubts, or fear, much less by guilt or self-recrimination. Live in permanent splendour, with the
