PROJECT CORE VALUES

This property is to be a mainstream destination with a food offer on the outskirts of Wells. It is divided into two areas, the bar and dining area with a large carpark, and garden either side. There is also a paved courtyard to the rear which enables access to the skittle alley and a number of outbuildings. On the first floor there are letting rooms and manager's accommodation.The trading area is currently in fairly god order, however the pub needs to be refurbished to re- establish itself in the area with a good food offer but retaining the existing drinking customers. The development of the rear courtyard with a new pergola will provide a more premium adult drinking area that can be used all year round and by the removal of the existing store, a new link can be created to the existing beer garden predominately used by families.
