Companies with happy employees, “promoters,” have higher Net Promoter Scores
Employee Net Promoter Score (NPS)
We surveyed 5,036 members in Q1 2013 and asked “On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely would you be to recommend your current company as an employer to other professionals with backgrounds similar to your own? 0 means “Not at all likely,” 5 means “Neutral” and 10 means “Extremely likely.” Promoters selected 9 or 10 on this scale; Detractors selected 0-6.
