McNair Wilson is one of the leading voices for creativity in all facets of corporate and personal life. His powerful and engaging keynote presentations and practical workshops in creative thinking and inventive problem solving are widely regarded as the best available. He is currently C.E.O. (Chief Encouragement Officer, cofounder) of AssumeBrillianceGroup.® AB’s client list runs from from Apple Computer to The Salvation Army and the U.S. Government Management Training Center. He has spoken to and trained doctors, electricians, accountants, educators, ministry professionals, entertainment executives, students (all ages), parents groups, restauranteurs, and folks who make objects that travel into outer space. McNair believes that everyone has a creative spirit, though some are more actively creative. He is determined to get everyone on the active list. McNair draws on his professional experience in: theme park design (as a Disney Imagineer), theatre, graphic design, cartooning and illustration, creative writing, and entertainment design.

At Disney, he created live shows and attractions for all Disney theme parks and resorts, worldwide. McNair was on the concept & design teams for five new Disney parks and led the team that created TOWER OF TERROR. “Post-Disney” he developed international projects for Universal Studios, Warner Bros., and METREON the Sony Entertainment Center in San Francisco.

McNair has written full-length plays, musicals and three one-man plays: From Up Here, The Fifth Gospel, and Raised in Captivity-LIVE! (with more than 1500 performances to date.)

McNair currently lives in Colorado, but his travels have taken him to over 35 countries and 49 US states.
