Personal Thoughts After Week One

Marketing methods used by the charity are of benefit to the community as a whole.

I have had a good insight into the types of organisations/businesses that could be approached for sponsorship or funding for arts projects.

Online MarketingUsing Excel, lists were created of the websites in

which events could be uploaded. In some cases organisations may prefer to forward an email to their members or include details of the events in a newsletter, in which case they were emailed with the information.

Instructions on how to upload events on the individual sites and contact details were sought and included in the lists.

Final Step: Seeing the event(s) uploaded for visitors of the World Wide Web to view or seeing the events in an organisation’s newsletter.
