revelersadvancing@gmail.com Technical Requirements: The following is to be considered a material part of the attached contract: 1. Presenter will provide a professional quality sound system, properly

grounded and adequately powered, including: MIXING BOARD: at least 16 channels, with 4 aux sends (2 pre-fader, 2 post-), a minimum of 3 EQ points per channel with sweepable midrange, and patch points (inserts) on each channel. MICROPHONES: 6 vocal mics (SM58 or equivalent) on boom stands. 3 direct input boxes (DI) MONITORS: 6wedges (at least 100 watts each). 6 separate mixes, with 31-band EQ for each. OUTBOARD: 1 one-third octave graphic equalizer for house mix. (2 if system is stereo.)

2. BACKLINE: When stipulated in the contract, Presenter will provide:

a. One full professional quality drum kit (see stage plot for details) with carpet and appropriate mics.

b. Two Fender Blues Junior, Deluxe or Super guitar amplifier (or equivalent) with mic.

c. One bass amplifier

3. Presenter will provide adequate access to the hall for equipment set-up and soundcheck: sixty minutes free of all disturbances, with load-in no less than 3 hours before show time.

HOSPITALITY: Presenter will furnish a comfortable, secure, and private dressing room with a power point. This room should be clean, dry, well-lit, heated or air conditioned, with a mirror and seating for eight persons. The room shall also be within easy access of clean washrooms with hot running water. Presenter shall be solely responsible for the security of items in the dressing room, and shall keep all unauthorized persons from entering said area. A key for the dressing room shall be entrusted to THE REVELERS’ road manager for the duration of the night. When lodging is stipulated in the contract, presenter will provide six hotel rooms, no more than 10 miles from venue. Hotel confirmation information shall be provided to the advance contact listed at the top of this Technical/Hospitality rider.

Presenter shall provide parking space adequate for two medium-sized vehicles, adjacent to venue. The following shall be provided to THE REVELERS, free of charge and should be made available beginning at load in: a. A hot, healthy meal including a variety of meats, bread and vegetables should be made

available for 6-8 people. No Cajun food or “Louisiana – style” food PLEASE. Regional specialties of YOUR area are OK. ABSOLUTELY NO FAST FOOD PLEASE. The best meals precede the best shows. Purchaser may choose to provide buy-out funds or credit in applicable or adjacent restaurant of $20 per person (exact number to be agreed upon prior to the performance) for use on food items only. Deli and fruit trays are acceptable (w/ meat, cheese, and vegetables) – although hot meals are preferred.

b. Twelve (12) bottles of non-carbonated, chilled spring water c. Hot, fresh coffee and tea with appropriate fixing (half and half, sugar, honey, etc. – No

artificial sweeteners or creamers are necessary.) d. All necessary utensils and serving pieces should be provided. e. A variety of chilled soft drinks (Coke, Dr. Pepper, Root Beer) f. Mixture of twenty-four (24) chilled, good quality bottled beers (Stella Artois, Fat Tire, Dos

Equis, Sierra Nevada) Local micro-brews are also acceptable, if not preferred g. Six (6) large, clean towels. h. Twelve (12) cans of sparkling water i. One (1) Red Bull energy drink. All hospitality items are to be charged to the performance budget at real cost. Bar prices or any other price structure that exceeds local retail value for these hospitality items WILL NOT be accepted at settlement. Thank you.
