We rolled out the red carpet as we celebrated achieving our WILDLY Important Goals at our annual WIG Awards Ceremony!

Just like all great awards ceremonies, the entertainment rocked the show! We had everything from incredible live dance performances to an awe-inspiring magician, a surprise quartet serenade, and some amazing interactive prize giveaways!

To show our appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our employees, we gave away more than $150,000 in prizes – including all-inclusive vacations to NYC, Las Vegas, Cancun and the Bahamas – plus a grand prize getaway for two to the breathtakingly beautiful Anguilla! Congratulations to ALL of our employees for a job well done; we’re looking forward to another great year!

We have the BEST employees, and we make it our job to show our gratitude not just on Employee Appreciation Day, but all throughout the year! But that didn't stop us from sending care packages to every one of our job sites to celebrate this national day of recognition! In addition to sending out those tasty treats, we also gave the employees on the GRID and at PDR some love by bringing in chair massages and snacks both savory and sweet!

And we'll continue spreading the love with our Field Connections. This year we kicked it off at Parc 3400 in Davie, Fla., where we hosted a delicious lunch from some of the best food trucks around! In true PDI style, we brought out the Wheel-O-Fun and raffled off more than $1,500 in cash prizes! Thank you to ALL of our employees for your amazing hard work and dedication. Now, what surprises do we have in store next...? :)

The team at the Edition in Hyattsville, Md. show off their appreciation gift!

Portico in Sunrise, Fla. and four other teams got a catered lunch for sending in these selfies!

The team at Westin Vue in Sarasota, Fla. take a photo with their appreciation gift basket.

We're continuing our Field Connections by bringing fun surprises to our job sites around the country! Here we visited Parc 3400, bringing food and fun to the entire site!

Delicious ginger beer and other treats were provided on the GRID.

Fun and games were on at PDR during their Employee Appreciation Day celebration!

PDR employees played foosball on Employee Appreciation Day.

Employees at PDR enjoyed a Mardi Gras-themed photo booth!
