with the other members. The place needs to be private, somewhere where everyone in the group feels safe from intrusion.

The length of your meetings will depend

on what fits in everyone's schedules and on the size of your group.

We recommend you take the number of

people in your group and multiply by five to get the number of minutes for an ideal meeting. Using this method, an ideal meeting for six people is 30 minutes. (This is only true if everyone is always on time, and it doesn't allow for extra chatting after the meeting. You might want to multiply by seven instead to allow for conversation.)

We strongly recommend having weekly

Facebooking or Blogging is great and free for chatting you can place them in private rooms or ones for the word to see. We suggest to keep personal things one on one and face to face. QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF What are the real intentions for your PMS Moment Rally. Before you start asking women to join your moment, fid a quite place in your home or office and repeat these words. Have you lost your mind no ask yourself the following questions. Why are you starting a OMS Rally? What do you wish to achieve with it? Who are the people I want to invite to this event? Do you share anything in common because if you love cats and they are allergic this may be the wrong setting. What types of conversations will your troop talk about.? Is there's a book guiding your conversations? Will you reach out to different cultures? How long do you want to lead the group? How much time can you devote to organizing meetings, refreshments and discussions? Are there other members who can fill in when you cant What is the maximum number of meeting you will have. When will your first meeting take place? How often will your club meet afterward? What about the summer months, and during the winter holidays? Now that you have a clear vision of what you want for your P.M.S. Moment it will be easier to find others who want the same experience.

Once you have your final list of people to invite, write an invitation. Some helpful guidelines are: Include a short explanation of the purpose for your event. Make clear that this requires a commitment to come to regular meetings and to invest in the lives of the other members. This is a spiritual and physical commitment make sure you are to the task. Ask the recipient to respond by a given date, usually about four weeks after you send out the invitations. It may be helpful to include a page upon which they can write questions about the group. Don't include the details about when and where the first meeting will be. You want your first meeting to be a strong start to a group of committed members. Some of those that you invite might not commit to joining the group. Only those who commit to being members of the group should be invited to the first meeting. Don't mention the names of the others whom you are inviting. Also, if someone decides not to join the group, their decision should be respected and remain confidential. The others who are invited don't need to know about it.

Decide on your location. Call your other four girl friends to figure out where you want to go, so that you can plan arrangements and make all the necessary preparations. Get permission. If you live with somebody else, such as your parents, friends, or significant others, you might want to ask them before planning a party at your place. They need their privacy, too, and if they're not keen about the idea, host it somewhere else. Respect their decision. Pick specifics in advance: Who. Be sure people know who's inviting them, whether it is just you alone or a group. What. Description of party: something that fits the theme, but cleverly sneaks in information at the same time. Set the tone of the party. Tell them a little of what you will be doing, what they should bring Where. Location of the party is crucial for those with transportation needs. Include address, directions, and even offer rides or suggest bus travel. When. Include the time and date in your invitations. Why. If desired, include additional, personal information about your party. Be specific and give a strong reason, or multiple reasons, why you're hosting a party. Make invitations. Hand make these or use a computer. Figure out a theme, if any, for your miniature party, and use the appropriate wording, pictures, font, background, etc. For example, if your theme is the supernatural, include a Werewolf or a Vampire on the front. Use a Gothic print if your computer has it, such as "Vivaldi", or something with an old English look. Your background may be ghosts or something rather. The tone would be mysterious, and possibly dark. Make the invitees feel like that picture on the wall is watching them. Invite friends. Go out with your invitations to your closest friends, or those who you feel you need to get to know better. The maximum limit is six. This is a small party.

Buy refreshments. Make sure you have food and beverages everybody can enjoy. Simple treats such as cakes, biscuits, cookies, and tea are always good choices. Know your guests' dietary needs ahead of time. For example, if one or more guests are vegetarians, don't put meat on all of your party appetizers. Organized the entertainment. For smaller parties, focus on inexpensive entertainment. Design your own games, projects, activities, or events. It offers spotlights on campaign news, updates on behind the scene activities and gives creative ways to have A P.M.S. Moment for the corresponding month. Each P.M.S. Troop is encouraged to Rethink, Rediscover and revive their Spirits and March towards the Big PMS Rally in February. Below are the main elements that must accompany each Spirit Mail. Spotlight: This week on the PMS Campaign Important chats, confirmations, membership updates, sponsorship recognition. Ambassador Mandate, Responsibilities and Focus. As a PMS Ambassador the main purpose is to provide leadership and mentorship for your troop and this movement. Specific goals for this year include, recruiting and training the ground troop of volunteers, accessing and building a data base of 150K woman, developing a niche market strategy, blogging or posting how you pamper your Spirit. Attending monthly rallies, hosting private conversation between girls. Updating information of your troops involvement, creating and implementing a your social movement media plan. How often should we meet? Your Trop should meet ten or more times this year, each meeting consisting of a light snack or dinner and followed up discussion ways to Pamper your Spirit. There may be follow-up questions/discussions by conference calls and emails. The PMS Groups will send follow up Information through our Bi Weekly Spirit Mail. Because of the nature of the matters to be discussed, members will need to sign a confidentiality agreement. Your First Rally Here is my suggestion on getting this started. With acceptance from you as a PMS Ambassador and your small group of five women. We ask you to host a small breakfast, luncheon or reception that brings together those women that seek to pamper there Spirits. In vite an eclectic bunch that hormaiinize each others spirits. Who to invite? Reach outside of your comfort zone and invite the women that does your hair or the postal women that delvers your mail or the girlfriend on face book that that you have not seen in a long time. As this is an effort designed to reach women on all levels. It is vital that you as the PMS Ambassador take the lead in this discussion to reach out to all women. The purpose of this gathering with your help is to first think of new ways to pamper your spirit, explain the movement, its goals and the necessity of their involvement. Each approved Troop can receive a portion of revenues that are earned from their collective and/or individual efforts. Commission Break Down: A PMS Broker: Is a person or entity that joins the network and brings various entities that join the movement and receives an undisclosed portion of all net that comes from their efforts. Spirit Buck Break Down A PMS Ambassador: In a person or entity that join the network alley their troop of five women and receives 15-25% of net sales of their troops efforts collectively or individually. Monetary Disrobements: All Moneys are disbursed at the Official P.M.S. Rally or mailed on the 15th of each month after all checks are cleared. Staying informed: Communication is essential to this grass root movement. PMS Moment for the Day: Each day a short Official PMS Word for the Day is sent by text, email, tweet or face book to all PMS subscribers. Each month PMS Troops are encouraged to Host or attend PMS Rally at their Homes, Restaurants or Civic Centers. The PMS tool kit has all the information needed to have a successful Rally. They create forums to talk about what they encounter as women and ask the experts for ways of rethinking rediscovering and reigniting their Spirits in an exciting atmosphere.
