(Elect.& Mech.), FIE (India),DIC (London), Ph.D. (London), an eminent academician and technocrat in the industrial town of Jamshedpur, India. The company began its engineering activities with a small infrastructure set up and a vision to grow with strong ethical values. Thereafter, the company has developed resources, expertise, and infrastructure to manufacture a diverserange of products which include automotive components, bulk material handling equipment, agricultural equipment, and various engineering products. .

Bulk Material HandlingTroughing and carrying idlers for the bulk material handling division of a 113-year-old US$ 19 billion Indian conglomerate serving a broad spectrum of industry leading customers globally.

Our client is one of the world’s most geographically diversi�ied companies with operations and

commercial presence across 26 countries. A Fortune 500 company, our client employs more than

80,000 people globally manufacturing a wide range of products that are used in homes, of�ices

and other commercial spaces. .

The client had been facing quality issues with the idlers used for its iron ore pallet handling

circuit. Due to the quality issues, the idlers as provided by the previous supplier had to be

changed frequently. The constant change in the idlers meant that the production was impacted

and that the company had to bear additional costs due to the replacement of the idlers.

The client got in touch with Pushkar Techno Private Limited to �ind a solution to their problem.

We considered this as an opportunity to expand our client base and put our expertise to use by

solving the client’s issue. .

The marketing team at Pushkar Techno Private Limited reviewed the scenario and upon

agreement the client placed an order for a Troughing Roller Idler with a belt width of 1000mm.

The idlers were supplied by us in record time as the client wanted the conveyor system to be

functional as soon as possible. .

A performance review of the idler was done after 1.5 years as we enquired the client for

feedback. We were delighted to get a positive review from the client as the idler was still

perfectly up and running after a period of 1.5 years. .
