MDSS is a Web based communicabledisease reporting system developed for the state of Michigan.

MDSS is:

– National Electronic Disease Surveillance System (NEDSS) Compliant

– Developed Utilizing the Logical DataModel (LDM)

– Includes Integrated GeographicInformation System (GIS).

Click the drop down arrow in the Disease field and select the disease name. Tab or click the cursor into the Threshold, Days, and Contact Email fields and enter this data. After entering this data, click the Save Alert button.
