Our sightseeing excursions in London will give you the opportunity to

experience many aspects of this amazing city.

We will visit all the most famous landmarks and sights such as Buckingham Palace, Downing

Street and the London Eye. We’ll enjoy a Thames River Cruise. You’ll be able to compete in the

Exploring the

bright lights of old

London Town

Sightseeing We will show you the best of London Town - you’ll have a chance to

explore London’s landmarks and to see the from the famous London Eye!

Shopping Having toured the city and its many cultural sites, you will have the opportunity to explore

London’s amazing shops.

Socialising Meeting other students and making new friends is an important part of the trip and the programme includes

free time to socialise with other students as well as group meals.

We will enjoy a cruise along the Thames and you’ll vist Oxford Street where you’ll have free time to

explore the sights or go shopping with your new friends.

Sleeping We will be staying in a well-located hostel and you should expect multi-bedded rooms. Linen will be

provided but please bring a towel and don’t forget your toothbrush!

Meals Breakfast and lunch each day is included. On the first day of the tour a welcome meal is included

and the last day a farewell dinner is in the price. On the second day you will be free to explore

and decide where to eat dinner with your friends.

Signing up and payment

You can sign up on the student app or go to the

InterStudies Tours webpage at:

www.interstudies.com/student-tours/

and sign up using the online form.

When your place on the trip is confirmed you will

receive an email letting you know that you can pay

for the trip.

When you place on the trip has been confirmed

please go to:

to pay for the trip and secure your place.

Remember signing up for the trip is binding and

there is no refund if you cancel. A minimum of 20

students are required for the tour to go ahead as

planned. In case of InterStudies cancelling the trip,

you will receive a full refund.

Wait! Please do not book your travel until we

have confirmed your place on the trip and given

you the ’go ahead’!

Transport

You arrange your own transport to and from the

trip. If you are 15 years of age you have to ask

your LSC for travel companions before booking

flight and you need to coordinate your transport

with the Tour Leader in order to get to the hostel

the best way.

Don’t book anything till you have got the

’Go ahead’

You must arrive on the start day of the trip and

leave on the day the trip finishes. Travelling

overnight (e.g. on overnight ferries or buses) isn’t

allowed.

Email your travel plans to us at least 2 weeks

before the start of the trip!

Meals and accommodation

The meals specified in this brochure are included

in the price of the trip. Other meals are not

included. You will be able to choose where to eat

yourself. Remember to bring enough pocket

money to pay for your meals!

If you have any allergies, please let us know in

advance!

We stay in hostel style accommodation in

multibedded dorms on all our trips.

School

If the trip isn’t in a school holiday at your school,

you need to ask for permission at school before

signing up. If you need a letter from InterStudies to

get permission from the school, please email us!

What to bring

All the trips involve some walking and we’ll be

outside most days. Please bring warm and

comfortable clothes, waterproofs and shoes that

are suitable for walking. You should also
