AIESEC is a container that enables leadership development

Hurricane!Groups of 15 people1st challenge: Give critical comments on first impression or the behavior of the person you are paired up with.2nd challenge: do a free fall in the group3rd challenge: human chair with people in the group. Sit in square on chairs and put your head in your neighbors lap. Take away the chairs and keep holding each other up.
