Everyone has had to work exceptionally hard and the Regiment has had a very successfulyear. It cannot be done without the support of the loved ones of the soldiers and for that I thank you.

The Christmas party season has already started and I hope you all enjoy the festivities and have arelaxing leave with you families. Coming back to a new year refreshed and ready for the coming yearschallenges.

I have left as your Unit Welfare Officer to work in the Regional Brigade Headquarters in Tidworth whereI am working with in the Rebasing team responsible for moving all the families in Germany that arereturning to the Saisbury Plain area.

I wish you all a safe and Happy Christmas and wish you all a very Happy and Healthy New year
