Mission
Establishing partnerships with private sectors to build and
operate excellent polytechnics that shall guarantee their trainees
future jobs as they enroll.
For each polytechnic shall be an independent board of directors
and an international operator of high experiences.

How we start Partnerships?
1. Find the partner
2. Establishing SC
3. Prepare RFP
4. Sending RFP to qualified operators (I.O) 5. Follow up the Infrastructures & Equipment

PROGRAMS AND DEGREES
Two Training Services
1. Institute /Polytechnic :
Requires high school degree graduates. Duration of training is two to three years, the
first year focuses on IT, English and work ethics . The second year majors on specific
subjects of the industry . The last year is OJT, on-job training. The institute must
have an independent site and identity .
2. Programs
Accepts all levels of schools, and the duration might be months to one year. It does
not need a separate location to preform the training. Moreover, the training can be
done in any workshop owned by TVTC or the partner .
