500S STEEL BLASTERA HYDRAULIC STEEL BLASTER WITH 500 MM WORKING WIDTH

The Blastrac 500S is an hydraulic driven steel blast cleaning machine. With its 500mm working width and increased productivity, the 500S will reduce time on the job and maintenance costs. Similar to the 350S, the Blastrac 500S steel blast cleaning machine is ideally suited for medium and large sized horizontal steel cleaning jobs and applications, like; ship decks, steel plates, oil platforms helicopter decks and walkways and bridge decks.

The 350S is dust free when connected to the appropriate Blastrac dust collection system. Blastrac has designed a full range of dust collectors, consumables and optional items which give the opportunity to process any specific application.

CLOSED CIRCUIT

The 500S steel blaster has to be connected to a Blastrac industrial dust collector. This means that you are able to work dust free, creating a safe working environment.

IDEAL FOR OUTSIDE PROJECTS

The 500S is ideal to carry out projects in the ship repair, offshore (oil & Gas), helidecks industries or to work on steel plates and bridge deck projects.

HYDRAULIC DRIVE MOTORS

The machine is equipped with an independent hydraulic drive motor on each rear wheel to make it ergonomically easy to use.

STEEL ABRASIVES

Depending on the material you want to remove and the profile you want to achieve, you can choose different types of abrasives.

PERFECT TO PREPARE STEEL SURFACES

The Blastrac 500S steel blaster is perfect to prepare horizontal steel surfaces before the application of new coatings. It is also ideal to remove coatings & paint from steel surfaces
