We need to own our Baggage.
We should understand
and privilege actual productivity over the output of busy work.
We recognize and address bummer
personality issues.
We need to have shared Goals.
We recognize the value of teams.
We will release and test things that are not
perfect, and in some cases, craptacular.
We approach our work with Curiosity
and Ambition.
We approach our customers, and one another, with Empathy.
In order to generate value, we need to own our team culture.
